There were lots of cooking utensils. The unit was clean when we arrived. We spotted a family of manatees in the back canal.

There is constant traffic noise from Manatee Avenue. It literally keeps you up all night. We had to purchase ear plugs and a white noise machine. This didnt rectify the situation. The windows are ancient and paper thin and need to be replaced.and repaired. The pool is advertised as heated on booking.com and vacasa and is not. We complained about this to vacasa and they did not rectify the situation. We booked this place primarily for the heated pool. This is false advertising.. Vacasa ended up giving us some compensation when contacted by booking.com . They indicated they were still looking into it with the hoa. THE POOL REMAINED UNHEATED FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY. One of the bikes needed repaired we were stranded the first time we took them out. Vacasa did not offer to pay for the repair. I will never rent a place from Vacasa again. We have been coming to Annamaria island every year for over 25 years and this was the worst experience we have had in terms of customer service in regards to false advertisement.

The keypad to unlock the door was very uncooperative most of the time.

I loved everything. Just an amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone.

master bed comfortable. close to beach.

many things broken and unusable. latch missing on front door and it took many days to get them to fix it. they never responded to any other requests. it was dirty and unorganized. management wouldn’t respond by text or phone for pleas for help. Extremely noisy surroundings from nearby busy road and from two adjacent units remodeling. sounds of saws and jackhammers all day long, all month long.
