We visited several wineries, had a great time, the place was convenient to shopping, stores, etc. we are an elderly couple, so the stairs were a challenge, but we loved the house!

We had our wedding in Geneva and this was our home base! It had everything we needed with a spacious living room area where we got ready and comfy beds. Very quick walk to the local coffee shop and convenient to drive to the nearby wineries. Highly recommend!

I love old houses so this property was right for us. The house was very clean and comfortable. Close to downtown. Nice neighborhood. The only thing I wish it had was a bannister on the railing that went all the way up to the second floor. I have some trouble navigating stairs and of course the only bathroom is on the top floor. Thanks to the owner for communicating so well.

The house was perfect. If you love historical charm this had the charm and modern amenities! Its a great location, close to downtown Geneva, Grocery (Wegmans is a must try for those who never have..) This is our first trip to FLX. We came for the Wineries and Breweries but were pleasantly surprised by all the other things! Hector falls, 40 min drive is worth pulling off the road to get a picture! Watkin Glens was a nice hike and beautiful scenery and waterfalls. Rusty Pig in downtown Geneva is amazing! Try the pierogi!!

Awesome location for visiting wineries.

I was more than pleasantly surprised at the home, cleanliness, amenities that were there, it was just like being home!! All you need is groceries, and you are set. It was very close to lots of wineries, walking distance to town, Seneca lake, grocery stores etc. Very nice neighborhood.

We were in town for a wedding and this house was centrally located to all the venues we needed to be at. 5 of us were more than comfortable in this house. It was clean, adequately stocked with the necessities. Karen was incredibly quick and responsive with any questions we had. The only additional thing that would’ve been helpful for our getting ready for a wedding purposes, is if there were mirrors in each bedroom, but we made it work. We enjoyed the beautiful weekend in Geneva/ Seneca Lake. Monaco’s was a great coffee shop around the corner. Headed into town for shopping and lunch, went to a few wineries/ breweries on Seneca Lake, enjoyed rehearsal dinner at the beautiful Geneva on The Lake and wedding reception at Belhurst Castle. Everything was a 5 min drive away. Thank you Karen also for the nice treats on the coffee table when we arrived. It was a nice extra touch! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Lovely property for my husband and I. More than enough room, clean, soft towels, and great walking to town and around lovely homes near college. Small problems with working TV and washer that were immediately dealt with by host. Great communication. Portable air conditioners in each room that worked well and house near grocery store for home meals. Thank you for a nice stay.

This is a cute, old Victorian house! Yes, the floors and stairs creaked…but the WIFI was strong and the shower had good water pressure. One late, weekend night we heard some of the neighbors having fun, but besides that it was a very quiet neighborhood. And so close to everything Geneva has to offer: the lake, grocery stores, the college field, fast food and restaurants.

Good location! We enjoyed our time in the FLX. The house met our needs! Only 1 bathroom, which we knew it would be, but it made our family of six to be thankful that we have more than 1 at home. We enjoyed the lake, the college, nearby grocey, coffee shop, and most of all the drive to Watkins Glen and hiking the state park!

This property was close to everything that we were interested in doing. The area was amazing. Karen was an extremely response.

A small older home that was perfect for my husband and I. Our host Karen had all the basic supplies needed from coffee to spices to 4 trays of ice for cocktails! Mattresses were very comfortable. Bathroom quite small but shower strong and hot. Geneva is a beautiful city on the lake with lots of great restaurants close by. Will definitely return.

Great stay

Karen was super helpful and prompt in all communications. We were not at the property much. The amenities are adequate and serve their purposes. The property is close to all things in Geneva - short drive or even walking. Although you may hear the traffic on Hamilton Street occasionally, especially at night.

Great location to downtown! Less than a half mile walk. Nice old little house, perfect for what we needed. Thank you for the gifts and the host was very responsive!

Great spot for our getaway to the Finger Lakes region. Screen door should be replaced it slams shut and one of the mattress is ready for an update. But the house worked for our needs.

The home was very welcoming and clean. The host was very accessible via messaging. The location of the home was ideal for us having our daughter at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. We hope to stay again.

The house worked very well for our wedding weekend visit!

Karen's home was lovely and accurately described. My family stayed while we waited for our new home to be ready. We enjoyed the welcome treats and had the bottle of wine with our first meal in our new home. Karen was warm and welcoming and a wonderful host.

The house was great for out getaway weekend. We we’re able to walk into the town and grab dinner and drinks. House was clean and the owner was friendly to work with.

We were staying a couple of days to attend classes at the Cornell Agritech center. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to classes and all the great restaurants downtown.

Key box was tricky and storm door closer needs to be replaced, slams shut

Rental was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a weekend away in Geneva and wine country.

Nice little place to stay….. very clean….., owners/property managers were easy to communicate with and got back to me very promptly if i had questions!!!!! Love this town too!!!! Wineries are awesome and must see the Belhurst castle especially for the massages😉!!!!
