Great property in a nice neighborhood. Very clean.

The home worked out perfectly for our needs. It was clean and well equipped, including snacks and plenty of coffee. The video games were an added bonus!

This stay was a key success to our amazing ski trip! In a great location with a hot tub for a great way to relax. The owner is amazing and easy to contact. Very accommodating!!

We can not thank Quan enough for the amazing stay for our family and our SLC trip. The amount of attention to detail on amenities for the home and our family specifically when we have young twin babies, I have not found anywhere. It was the first rental where their was enough towels for everyone! Groceries were close and many available for delivery. Whether venturing downtime or heading up the mountain, the location was central to reach all. We will be staying here again next trip back! Can’t encourage anyone enough to stay here!

Great place to stay in Sugarhouse neighborhood. We loved having the hot tub! Perfect for our family of four. Grocery store just around the corner; very convenient!

This was a great experience. It’s close to everything fun. We only had to drive up to 5 minutes for everything we wanted to do. The house is really cute and the hot tub area is amazing.

This was the perfect place for us. Close to Sugarhouse and walking distance to local places like coffee and crepes. Plenty of shopping in the area. Lovely older homes in the area and people walking their dogs or grabbing groceries from the store a couple of blocks away. It's about 9 minutes away from anything you would want to do downtown. It was a great gathering place for friends and family during our trip and was nice to sit out on the porch, take a nap, play games, read or just be in this space. The hosts were fantastic at responding very quickly to questions or giving information throughout the booking process as well as throughout our stay. Loved that they reached out on our first night to make sure we had settled in alright and to see if we had any questions. Thank you, will definitely be booking here again!

Quiet neighborhood and a clean house near downtown. The jacuzzi was so relaxing and perfect at the end of a long day. I wish there were separate towels provided for the jacuzzi so we wouldn't have to use the regular bath towels. I also wished there was a bigger frying pan than the 6" one that was provided. Also, due to the low ceilings in the basement it may not accommodate tall people very well. It worked fine for us though since it was just our daughter downstairs. I would recommend this house to anyone. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first VRBO experience. All apprehensions removed upon entering this wonderful, superbly maintained property. Everything we needed was included, and we continued to find additional, thoughtful items right up to the time we performed our final walk-through.

We were only there for two nights but the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was cute and quiet

Our family from Texas was in town to celebrate my granddaughter's 3rd birthday and the Easter holiday. The property was as described and there was enough room for four (4) adults and three (3) children. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. The girls enjoyed the board games, the swing set, and the video games. The weather was great which allowed us to have an Easter egg hunt outside in the front and back yard. This was definitely a great experience for the grand kids. WB

This was the perfect location for spending some time in SLC. It was 15 mins to everywhere we wanted to go. There is a great grocery store, coffee shop and sandwich place all a short walk from the place.

Very nice place. Neat and clean. All 4 bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. Central location allowed us to coordinate all aspects of our trip, including visits to 3 different ski resorts. Quan is very responsive and polite. I plan on visiting again with my wife in the future.

We will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time we are in Salt Lake!

Had a great time in Salt Lake City. Skied for two days. Spent three nights. The house has plenty of space for a family of five. The place was very clean and the bathrooms were updated with really nice fixtures. The bedrooms are large and have ample closet space. There’s plenty of parking and the community is very nice and clean. The spa is a good size for four people. The house is very close to freeways and downtown Salt Lake City. It took us about 25 minutes to get to Little Cottonwood Canyon. We will definitely stay here again.

I walked in and was immediately impressed with the thoughtful details the owners added to this home. It has been the first home that I have rented in the 20 yrs I have used VRBO for vacation stays that has supplied everything I needed, down to oil, foil, and spices for cooking. There were cotton balls, q-tips, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and plush bath towels. My children loved the snacks and kcups for tea and coffee. There was laundry soap, softer, and dryer sheets. The arcade machines made for fun family competition. There were plenty of games, children books and toys that we did not use this time. I hope to bring my grand daughter next time. She will have so much fun! Thank you for making our stay an easy one and so enjoyable. I appreciate having such a clean, comfortable, and fun home to enjoy with my family. I will certainly stay here again when I come to visit!

Very comfortable home with nice added touches like fluffy towels, full spice rack, coffee and snacks. Hot tub was great after a cold day, and the home was cozy with lots of games (that we didn't get to play this time). Short drive to everything in SLC, and nice large flat driveway for a couple of cars. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.
