Great property, location perfect for a friends and family ski weekend!

This property was amazing. Fully stocked and recently renovated. Clean, comfortable, plush towels, comfy beds. Host was super helpful and instructions were informative. Our family was so spoiled and blessed to stay here! Hoping to book again next year!

The property is immaculate and comes fully equipped with a stocked kitchen , all high end modern appliances and beds/linens. The location was less than 30 yards from the trail and less than a 5 min drive to the base lodge / restaurants . Heather was a incredibly responsive to my emails and questions about the property. This is the place to stay while visiting Jay Peak

The property was exactly as described and very clean. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It is a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to either base lodge and located right on the trail. The property manager responded to my email very quickly when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was really clean and comfortable. Everything was updated and well maintained. We would stay again without hesitation.

This warm and welcoming condo was the stage for a lovely vacation for our family. There was ample living space. Accomodations were cozy and many thoughtful measures were taken to ensure a restful and relaxing stay. All the beds were super cozy. A floor fan for some of the rooms would be a welcome addition to keep the air circulation going. Tha ks to a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication and instructions from the property manager were complete and timely. We had a special request for which they were able to accommodate and they were quick to respond. Jay has some great ski terrain and the ski-on / ski-off location made access a breeze. I also appreciated the downstairs mudroom where you can easily don and doff your ski clothing and boots. When we go back to Jay (and we will), we will be staying here!

Plenty of space in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story condo. You can spread out or be together. Kitchen was new and stocked with all utensils to cook a meal. Oddly we didn’t need to turn the heat on, it remained warm.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It’s so easy to ski in and out especially with kids! Kitchen is well stocked. Everything was clean.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and the ability to get on the trail right from the back door was great!

Wonderful setup in this unit . Spacious kitchen and dining room plenty of room for 10 to have meals. True ski in ski out right on a beginner trail.

Heather was great. The condo was just as described. Full kitchen with lots of pots, pans, dished, bowls, glasses, etc. Comfy beds/ furniture and the condo is right on the Grammy Jay trail.

We had a great time skiing and staying at Heather's place! This unit is situated right next to the Grammy Jay chair at the end of Raccoon Run. The location is perfect for families with it being so close to the green learning area. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and make food during our stay. The host was very communicative and responded right away as we were figuring out the parking pass situation. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!!

I highly recommend this property! One of the cleanest Vrbo’s I’ve stayed in…especially the kitchen and the dishes and pans. You also can’t beat the ski room for all your gear and the ability to walk out your door and be right on a green run to a chair lift! We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay again.

This is our second visit to Jay staying in the ski on/off condos. The location is great and easy to access the mountain from the unit. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo - I spent days looking at all available rentals in the area - and there are many to choose from - but this one is truly wonderful - it is better than the pictures. Here are some of the best things about this unit: 1. Fully updated - kitchen and baths have been totally updated and the master shower has four body sprays in addition to the shower head. New appliances in the kitchen and a large stainless refrigerator. The water from the fridge has a UV filtration system and not only does it provide ice - but craft large size ice balls for cocktails as well. 2. Fully Stocked - the kitchen is nicely outfitted with everything you need to cook for your family for a few days - from pots/frying pans/baking dishes/cookie sheets etc. Having all paper goods/cleaning supplies, baggies & wraps was very helpful and appreciated. 3. Nicely furnished - all furnishing is stylish and in good condition and the condo has a nice - welcoming feel - no stark nor cluttered. 4. Great bedding - crisp white duvets/blankets and sheets let you know everything is clean and freshly laundered. Cushioned mattress toppers on the beds were very comfortable. Towels are plentiful and very thick. 5. Sonos speaker a nice addition - we usually bring one - but it was nice knowing we didn’t have to and was able to listen to Christmas music during our stay. 6. Very pleasant and communicative host. Heather was very timely with responses; helpful and followed up to be sure things were as expected in the condo. The condo layout really is quite nice for a family and the lower level tv room is very comfy and a great place for kids and adults to spread out. And having the lower level mud room and ski door to enter directly and the ski locker are all nice features. Highly recommend this rental and should we return to Jay - we will definitely be in touch with Heather and plan a return to this condo!

Property met our needs. Well stocked. Beds and linen great. Great kitchen with plenty of utensils.

We had an amazing time! It was perfect location to the waterpark and plenty of room for our big family. The fully stocked kitchen allowed me to cook dinner for us with the food that I brought. It had all the amenities and more!

This condo is right at the bottom of Raccoon Run and Grammy Jay. Great location, great condo. Really enjoyed our stay.
