So impressed with entire process. Pictures online don't do it enough justice. Beautiful, cozy little spot. Hosts thought of every little detail guests may need to enjoy the stay!

We absolutely love the Tampa/St Petersburg/Gulf area (Indian Shores is where we started) so much!!! We look for concerts as a reason to frequent the area & this little gem served us perfectly! Highly, highly recommended & everything is as pictured & really the amenities & what Farrah does to provide extras is so very very thoughtful & would be appreciated by anyone staying there.

Really cute place and very clean. The owners were as nice as can be and generous. They were very thoughtful to have available, practically everything you might need at home...even a large umbrella, just in case : ) . We will certainly look you up on our next visit to Tampa.

My daughter and I visited for a few days over her spring break. Our first experience with Vrbo and it was exceptional! You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining a clean, inviting retreat. They have put thought into every detail to make your stay enjoyable. We even found beach chairs and a cooler in the closet! This is located in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. We would definitely stay again.

This is the cutest place! It was extremely clean and we had everything we could possibly need. Farah was very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the Tampa area!

La Casita was exactly what I needed being in town for the weekend. The attention to detail and quality was phenomenal and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Everything you could need is available, even beach chairs and a cooler! Would recommend and I would stay again. One thing I will say is that the bed is on the lower side so just take that into account if that could be an issue for you, but it worked for me! Farah is such a great host!

We were in town for an event at the convention center and La Casita was the perfect place for us to stay. Clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. In a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The host has provided everything you could possibly need. Location is a half hour from downtown, half hour from Lowry Park zoo and many other things. Still has the beauty of Tampa without the chaos of downtown. Hoping to see you next year!

Perfect little appart for 2. The place has everything you need. Owners really thought of all the little things needed. Good if you are in and out and do not intend to cook. Yes there is a BBQ but no stove. There is a 2 burner appliance but tried to boil water for spaghetti and it took very long.
I would suggest an Air fryer then it would be perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Casita! The decor was fresh and fun! Loved the covered outdoor kitchen and seating area. Our hosts were gracious and thought of everything - even the little things like Q-tips, cotton balls, makeup mirror, and foldable chairs and a cooler for a day on the beach or picnic. We loved it at La Casita and will definitely stay again next time we go to Tampa!!!

My husband and I stayed for a week at La Casita. The location is very good. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are great restaurants and shopping only minutes away. I don’t think you will find a cleaner place to stay. The amenities are also plentiful. There is an outdoor kitchen and a nice sitting area for coffee or cocktails. Farah is a great host! She responded quickly to all our questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect!! Just as pictured, loved the outdoor space it was private and perfect for morning coffee or a beverage in the evening. I couldn’t have asked for more. The bottle of wine was a nice treat as well. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed in this fantastic place for three weeks. The location was super as it was close to everything we needed. Yes it’s a little apt off the main house but u have your own private entrance/gate. We communicated through emails and the hosts responded quickly. We loved exploring all the parks and beaches in this area and we could walk around in such a safe and friendly neighbourhood anytime…it was super. The cleanliness was superb and attention to detail the host spent time on made this place with a private sitting area outside a home away from home. We would stay again in a heartbeat 😃

Great place to sleep in late during vacation! There are no windows so we were able to enjoy lots of much-needed sleep. Everything was well-thought out to maximize the space in this cozy spot. Kitchen is fully stocked with thoughtful additions like wine, coffee and water. Would definitely stay again. Easy access to everything.

I was extremely impressed with the property, being that it was my first time visiting Tampa and choosing to stay at someone’s house. I felt safe knowing that a family actually lived there, and privacy wasn’t an issue at all. The location is great if you want to be away from the beach traffic, yet close enough to travel to them. It was a great experience, and has made me reconsider hotel bookings. The clock outside was very neat to me, and overall it just felt like home and not just a rental. Thanks!

I enjoyed staying in the casita very much during my time in the Tampa area. It really felt like I was coming back home after a day of exploring. Check in was easy, the space is super modern, clean, and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and in the perfect location. The hosts are are wonderful and the wine was much appreciated! The owner didn’t miss a beat…thought of everything a person might need. Location is convenient to downtown Tampa as well as the beaches/bay. Quiet neighborhood, very safe. Luxury of a hotel suite without the outrageous prices. Thank you so much, we will be using your rental again to visit our family!

Great place, spotless. I would definitely recommend this spot especially for younger people. The bed and chairs were comfortable, but difficult to get out of for older people. That was the only down side for us. Loved the complementary wine so thoughtful after a long day of travel. The hostess thought of everything. There wasn’t a thing that we looked for that we didn’t find!

Impressed with whole layout of La Casita.
Comfortable seating in living area. Large bedroom complete with computer station, and plenty of closet space and drawers. Kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances. Clean bathroom with shelving unit and many extras like toiletries. Outdoor seating with barbecue and greenery. Complimentary water, wine and coffee was much appreciated.

We stayed two evenings and enjoyed everything. Farrah our host had done a great job making The Casita a fun place to stay. The decorating is very cute and all amenities were at hand. Communication with Farrah was prompt and accurate. We’ll be back again at some point as we discovered a great Cuban restaurant just a couple minutes form The Casita with a great staff and wonderful food.

The property is excellent, it looks exactly as the pictures (clean, modern, etc), the neighborhood is very safe and the property as well.
There is a separate entrance to the rental property, the bedroom and bed were very clean and super comfortable.
The bathroom was very clean and spacious, as well the little patio that belongs only to the rental property.
The parking was available next to the rental property, overall it was a great stay, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.
The communication with the host was great, I was assisted with everything I needed.

This property checked just about every box. Cleanliness was paramount. Detailed instructions were there to guide us through our first minutes in the premise. The host responded promptly to all our questions and requests. For the price, one couldn't expect much more.

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, comfortable bed in a nice neighborhood. I stayed here while visiting a relative who lives in Tampa. I loved the little outside patio which offered privacy. The homeowners live on the property and are very helpful and friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. I well appreciated the bottle of wine and water.

THe host is very rude and unprofessional, he does not know how to speak to woman nor does he know how to run a a business . He canceled my booking mid stay due to an extra guest when I was unaware . He was aware that I lived in a totally different state and was leaving in less than 24 hours, and he continued to still give me 2 hours to remove my belongings from the property and threatend to call the police rather than communicating and accomading his guest.
