This house has it all! Big and beautiful. Great location. Plenty of room for everyone. The home was immaculate, and we had a great time.

Our family loves to stay here. This was our second time.
The adult children especially loved the TV and sitting area outside under the screened porch for movies at night.
The bumper pool table was a nice addition this year! It got played a lot!
The owners are responsive to needs, and the property is always kept up well.

It was a lovely place for a family vacation. Enough space for 9 people to get privat room and a great pool area to stay together. Only the light in the pool area isn’t cosy enough. The fanlights are to bright. May be a fairy light will be a good idea there. Meanwhile candles are the solution.
The new dock ist also calm place to sit down for sun down or sun rise and watching some jumping fishs.
The house is nice furnished and all the sleeping rooms have cosy beds.
Deborah and Anny are hosting us very well. Every question we asked was answered immediately.
We enjoyed our Family vacation absolutely and hope to be back soon.

Best of Cape Coral! As a family that has visited Cape Coral/Ft. Myers yearly since 1986 this is top of the class in rentals. The home was very well laid out with plenty of living space accompanied by 4 full baths. The outdoors provided its own living space for the all day fun by the pool for the kids and grand kids. The covered lanai and pool area offered sun or shade choices for everyone enjoying a wonderful vacation. The owner and property manger were very engaging to ensure our stay was top notch- thank you Debbie and Anni!!

We couldn't have asked for more. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, nicely supplied, and met all our expectations. The decor was very tasteful. Although we didn't use the pool, the hot tub was excellent and heated up very fast. The owners/managers communicated well and were very responsive. Highly recommended!

Nice roomy house. Very up to date. Excellent pool area. Hot tub was awesome and easy to operate. The only thing that wasn’t as shown..porch swing was no longer at pool area.

We have stayed at several vacation rentals over the years. This one definitely ranks in the top. The kitchen and living room area are huge and great for groups. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was fantastic. The homeowner checked in during the week to see if everything was ok. Perfect house for 2 families and teen kids. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood felt very safe for kids to ride bikes, go for a jog, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

Size of property was great. Enough room for all of us. Needs a few repairs. Pool was great-spent a lot of time in it. Found lots of places to eat and grill in a couple of nights.

We LOVED staying here at this spacious home. We spent 90% of our time out on the lanai and in the pool and hot tub. When we went to book this home for next year it was already taken! Bummer for us, but if you book you will not be disappointed.

This property was exactly what our family + extended family group needed. If you have children, this place will be perfect for you! The pool barrier and garage full of toys made kids happy and allowed parents to relax. Pack n play and highchair were a great added bonus. The pool and spa were being used almost 24/7 by someone and the multiple seating areas and in space outside allowed everyone be together but doing what they wanted. We are already planning out to back to this property for next year!

My family and I had a great stay! The moment we walked inside, it felt like home! There was so much space! And it was so comfortable! For the first few days, we didn’t even want to get out of the house! It had everything we needed. The management was great as well. There were clear instructions left for us to follow. Plus some very helpful information about beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this stay!

This home is one of the best that we have stayed at for family reunions. The living and dining rooms are spacious and bright. Outdoor pool is enclosed and clean . There’s a table and seating area to enjoy an outdoor lunch. Publix is< 5 mins away so we never lacked anything that we needed for our stay. Overall the house is well kept/maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the vacation house and will return when time permits.

Relaxing Retreat
We really enjoyed our stay here. Pool area was perfect overlooking the canal. Boat rental was brought right to the house so we could explore islands. House had plenty of room, clean and well stocked and the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and Location
The house was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pool & hot tub were heavenly, we loved watching the sunset over the water from the hot tub. Easy check in, and responsive property manager. The area is great, wonderful restaurants nearby, try the Lobster Lady and Gather. Would definitely rent here again!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay
We were impressed from day one with the communication between us, the owner & property manager. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and well maintained. The pictures online are true representations of the property, but the view you'll experience pictures can't do justice. We have already booked this property again for next year. It can be difficult to look at pictures and know exactly what you are going to walk into. With this property it went above and beyond our expectations and we aren't taking chances with any other property anymore. Our friend group is extremely excited to be back next year.
