Large townhouse was perfect for our entire family and very convenient location to many great restaurants and locations. Having a garage to put our rent a car was nice since there was hail in the forecast.

The only place we want to stay when traveling to DFW for work!

Our home was undergoing a remodel and we needed a place to stay and work from home while the wood floors were being installed. Marina had everything set up perfectly and even left a bottle of wine for my birthday, which happened to be the day we checked in. The property is pristine and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location has you right in the middle of everything but with privacy and quiet at the same time. We were able to continue to work with no interruptions. When the cold weather prevented the floors from being finished on time, Marina was kind and understanding of our issue. She worked her calendar around to allow us to stay "indefinitely" until they could be finished. We hated to leave. I could not more highly recommend this property for the location; the amenities; the size; the management; the privacy; the neighborhood; and I could go on and on. By far, as a Plano/Frisco resident for 30 years, this is the property you want!

Marina was great to work with and the property was very nice. Clean and pre-stocked with the basics….good soaps, coffee, snacks…. The Legacy area of Frisco is surrounded by many, many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and good access to the Highway system. The property has good parking and comfortable beds…full laundry, and nice bathrooms. We will return again as we visit our children and grandchildren in the area.

We needed a place to stay while construction was being done on our home. This home was perfect. It has three fliers. The kids took over the third floor as their homework spot. We also used it for playing board games. Second fooor was the master and kitchen and bottom floor two bedrooms for the kids. The setup was ideal for us. The location was great. Host was great. Would stay there again.

The property was wonderful. It was very clean and well stocked, and the location is also nice and very close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The layout worked well for us, and parking was easy. Marina is an amazing host, with great communication, who really pays attention to the little things to make guests feel welcome and comfortable; we were even greeted by way of a personalized surprise thoughtful gesture. Truly extraordinary, and I would give 10 stars if the app would allow!

We stayed for a week while visiting family and friends. The location was great - quiet yet still walkable to some fun. The townhouse was clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are back in town. Thank you!

Property was very nice and clean

Marina was great and reached out before we arrived to let us know we could check in early. We didn’t need this but was a nice offer. Check in was seamless and the property is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. We only had 4 people, but it would easily hold 6-10. The location was great with shopping and restaurants around the corner. The snack basket and coffee pods were much appreciated. I emailed her the day before we left to see if we could check out a couple of hours late and she was super accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Immediately when I arrived my daughter needed her afternoon nap. I payed her down in the master bed and the bed was so comfy I fell asleep as well.. and I’m very picky about beds! Like really picky. All the beds are soo comfortable. Think memory foam with the perfect amount of firmness Every room was clean, homey and stocked with anything you could need/ want. Plus they provided a pack and play for my daughter and it was already set up when I arrived. I accidentally left my daughter lunchbox and the property owner contacted me and shipped it to me! The location is perfect, tons of great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be returning.

Great floor design and beautiful porch

We needed a place to stay for 3 months while our home was being remodeled. The property was perfect for us. It was close to our home in Plano, close to the DNT and within walking distance to shopping and dining. The property was clean and well furnished with excellent wifi throughout. They layout worked well for us. We used the 3rd floor as a home office for work from home and then in the evenings for streaming shows and movies. It was nice to be able to put our teen boy on the 1st floor while we were in the main on the 2nd floor. Over 3 months we had a couple minor issues pop up. Marina was extremely responsive and friendly and addressed the issues quickly. The property was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the Plano/Frisco area.

The beds are a little hard. If you don't like hard mattresses this property might be one you skip.

Location, communication, and check in was seamless. Within walking distance to some of the best areas in Plano. Would definitely recommend!

You're in a great spot for or work or play. We spent the weekend here with friends for a nearby wedding. Shopping and dinner on Friday....brunch and a visit to Grandscape before the wedding and finished with a trip to Legacy Hall. Communication with the host was easy & Marina made sure we had everything. Great set-up on 3 levels, well stocked and comfortable. Coffee on the balcony was a nice start each day. Recommend you stay here if the Plano/Frisco area is in your plans.

The condo was exactly like it was pictured, beautiful, clean and in a great location. Marina was extremely kind and responded quickly to messages. We had no questions at all for check in or check out because the directions were sent right when we needed them and were clear. Very much enjoyed our stay here!

It was gorgeous condo. Had everything we needed and so much more. Loved the different floors spaced out for everyone. Loved the location as well. It was a pleasure dealing with Marina. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my family’s first time in Texas. The property was spacious, beautiful and so clean! Marina was very quick with responding and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. The fridge had condiments and other items we might have needed. I will definitely be staying at this property again when my family and I return to Texas.

Enjoyed everything. Downstairs was a little warm during the night, but this was a hot night outside. Never could figure out the local t v stations. But we survived. So clean and had everything we needed.

This is a wonderful place, in the best location, and the host was very helpful. The space was clean and amazing as advertised. We will be staying here again for future work trips.
