Beautiful home. Perfect for a weekend with family. Only complaints are a rooster crowing every morning on neighboring property and not much room for parking multiple vehicles.

Five family members drove or flew in for a family wedding and stayed at the upscale abode. The house was clean, well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The house is in a nice /safe neighborhood and conveniently located. The coffee on hand was greatly appreciated and enjoyed on the back deck in the mornings.

Absolutely beautiful home. You can tell they have spent alot of time making it a home to enjoy. Very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We even played giant jenga on the covered back deck. Bathrooms were large and clean. Coffee bar upstairs and downstairs! Environment was like I was at my own home. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to wichita! Thank you!

Perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Quaint and very comfortable. Management was super accommodating when a medical emergency altered our plans. Would definitely stay here again.

A group of ten friends including me came to Wichita for a convention downtown at the Hyatt regency and this property was within close proximity and in a nice neighborhood. There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and the house was even bigger than I thought. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook and pretty close to a couple grocery stores. Would recommend for any family or large group

We sayed with our children and grandchildren! Beautiful home with plenty of space! Kids ages 3,2 and 1.5 loved the open spaces to play. Kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group as we stayed in and ate there. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time and it was just what we needed for our group. I am not sure if it would have made a difference in our stay but there are several fowl next door that were very loud at sunrise.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, every room with its appeal and ability for my family to spread out or be together. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

We had a great time. Felt right at home. Driveway a bit tough to get up, but home made up for it. Very well stocked for cooking in kitchen. Coffee bar excellent. Christmas decor beautiful touch

This house was an unexpected, bougie retreat. It was eclectically, decorated, and very fun! Getting to the house, the neighborhood seemed kind of sketchy, but once we got there, it was actually very nice. We would stay here again, and there’s lots of room to spread out and have fun.

We had a great time and the house was wonderful! We were only there overnight, but everyone had there own bedrooms! Traveled with my husband, daughter and sin in law, my son and his girlfriend and my mother in law! We were there to see a performance starring a dear family friend at Crown Uptown. The house was spacious, and very clean. The front door sticks quite a bit and did cause some trouble for those that stayed out later when they tried to get back in, but other than that it was great! Would stay here again!

We took a short family trip to Wichita to see our grandmother and simply could not have asked for a better place to stay. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids, the house was big enough to give us all space and the common area was perfect for family games. I would definitely stay again and again, and would recommend you do so as well!

Wedding trip
We were in Wichita for a wedding . The house was very nice, just wish we could have spent more time there. We will definitely be back to see the sites around Wichita and enjoy this property. Thank you Sonia.

We rented this home for our family getaway. It was great to have a bunk room the cousins could all share. The rooms were ample in size and the house was very functional for our needs.
