Everything was so awesome. Large layout and plenty of room. All the essentials were there and explained very well. Ice maker was much appreciated and the pool was perfect.

The home was beautiful and so clean. Plenty of space for our guests. Would have loved for the kitchen to have a few more items for cooking and the switches for lights/curtains to be labeled, but overall it was a great experience.

This is a beautiful property. There was plenty of room for our two families to spread out and relax. The bunk room was a big hit with our kids. The property owners were quick to respond to any of our questions while we were at the property. The only negative thing we had happen was the pool had a leak on the second day of our seven day stay and we were not able to use it for the remainder of our stay, as it was to cold to use without the heater.

This spacious house sleeps 14 very comfortably. TVs everywhere. Pool with jacuzzi. Neighborhood is top notch.

We had the most amazing time at this estate. We were there with family and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Everything was absolutely perfect. Love the style and decor in the house also.

Everything was easy - the booking, the check-in, the stay and the check-out. The property was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 14. The property is located in a nice neighborhood and close to the London Bridge and restaurants. The communication with management was flawless. We had 4 families staying at this property and never felt crowded. The Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs was great for our teens and the Casita off of the pool was great for our friends and their young daughter. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully designed and not overly decorated. There were adequate dishes, although we ended up purchasing, and leaving 2 large pots for a pasta night. The air conditioned garage was insane! We bring a large enclosed trailer and were able to park it with our truck attached and still had plenty of room to work on machines and hang out. The pool and outdoor area were perfect. We enjoyed the misters and the convenience of the iPad to operate the spa, pool and misters. Two small requests would to have more bath and kitchen towels to replace any that were being washed in one of the TWO laundry rooms and lastly, the pillows were very plush which was uncomfortable for some of us so we ended up purchasing some at Walmart. This house and location were absolutely perfect and managed by a great company who responded promptly to the couple questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here.

Immaculate property on the golf course in Havasu City. Minutes front the lake and very convenient to other places within the city as well. Highly recommend!

I will be returning to this same property in Havasu when I come back. The house is very spacious and modern. The house was up to date with technology and very accommodating for all. Each area of the house had a TV even outside. The kitchen was a nice size for a large size family. The house come with a mother-in-law suite for a extra bonus. When we arrived the internet was down but the management company sent someone out right away to assist with the issue and was resolved in very quickly. Top quality all around.

This was a fantastic family vacation property. My family likes to play golf and we love the lake! Perfect combination location for our Summer family vacation 2022. The pool was wonderful and the house is beautiful! PAM the property maintenance person, is a gem! *pool and spa needed to be cleaned during our stay. It was truning green when we arrived. But still wonderful stay over all. We will definitely be back!

Awesome experience, the tenants were very easy going and they allowed us to check in a little earlier.

Overall, we had a great time. The house was perfect accommodating 8-10 people. Unfortunately the outdoor fireplace was not working but otherwise, I would recommend.

Fantastic and charming spot, It’s only a mile away from Lake Havasu. Beautiful area right off the golf course. Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds.
