We had a delightful Thanksgiving week at the Jolly Folly! The property proved to be an ideal fit for our large family, consisting of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 3 dogs. Its excellent location near the beach and local restaurants/shops added to the overall enjoyment, and the house was thoughtfully equipped for hosting dinners, including our Thanksgiving feast.
We were particularly pleased with the responsiveness of the property owners. Before our stay, there were some issues with the pool heater, but they promptly informed us and kept us updated on the repair process. Their attentiveness contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience.
We can't wait to visit the Jolly Folly again soon!

Everything you would want from a Folly Beach place. House was even nicer than advertised and pool / hot tub are excellent. Great access to beach and restaurants/bars. Would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super clean, great location, brand new pool with spa and great water pressure. What more could you want. We can't wait to stay there again.

We enjoyed everything about our brief end-of-summer stay at The Jolly Folly! The proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops was perfect for us. And, the home itself was fun, inviting, and relaxing. We especially loved the pool and spa! Having visited Folly Beach many times over the last 10 years.....this is probably our favorite spot we've stayed in! We look forward to coming back and hopefully enjoying a longer stay!

Last minute trip with some friends. House and hosts beat expectations. The house, pool, proximity to the beach, restaurants, and golf courses were exactly what we were looking for. Looking forward to returning.

Stayed here over the weekend and everything was perfect. Plenty of space, beds, bathrooms and showers. The location was unless than 5 mins to the beach, and 10 mins to downtown folly. There’s a 24/7 store close by TF or any needs.
Would recommend and stay here again.

Beach Heaven
5-minute walk to a wonderful beach. House was clean and cool when we needed it. The games, pool table, and amazing kitchen were perfect when people were done with the sun. A big plus is the proximity to town. Walking to restaurants and Bert's market is perfect when it gets really crowded during the weekends. One thing I would love to see there is a large table outside to eat at. We always ate dinner outside and would have loved something where we could all sit at.

Best location
We needed a place for about 12 people we had relatives that lived nearby but we have a lot of friends and relatives traveling from out of state everyone was really happy with the house that was very nicely outfitted. Especially the kitchen had the best supplies of any place I’ve rented and I’ve done a lot of VRBO rentals! The location was perfect we could walk to the beach in a minute walk into town in 15 minutes, it was relatively quiet and enough room and areas for people to hang out in. We enjoyed the property and the area so much we’re talking about making it an annual event. My only recommendation would be to have beach towels available.

This house was so perfect for our long awaited family vacation! The screened in front porch was a space we used most all day every day. Spacious and comfortable. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. And a short walk to the beach! I highly recommend this property for large groups.

The kitchen is huge and has everything you need (two fridges!). The screen-in front porch is basically another living room and was the hub of all the activity. You are a short walk from the beach and a short walk from stores and restaurants. We have already talked about when we can come back.

This house was absolutely gorgeous, super clean and extremely spacious. The area was quite and really beautiful. Me and my family really enjoyed the house

The house was very clean and the most well equipped kitchen I’ve experienced in a rental.
The rooms and beds are very comfortable and spacious. We were there over Christmas and they even had a Christmas tree there.
The screened porch was an excellent space for everyone and definitely the back deck with fenced yard for the dogs. We had an issue while there (low battery on smoke detector) and it was taken care of immediately.
Would recommend this house for multiple families with dogs.

Fantastic Venue for Family Thanksgiving reunion
We all were throughly impressed with the house, especially the large screened-in front porch and the well-equipped kitchen. The proximity to the beach and town were also great. The pool table was a nice surprise, and one that our nephews and brothers took full advantage of. The only disappointment was not having sports or news cable channels, but the wifi worked great for everyone. I highly recommend the Jolly Folly for large family get-togethers.
