It was a beautiful home! Great location and pool was wonderful. Owner was very nice a responded quickly with any problems that occurred. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed all over Clearwater beach and wanted a bit more room this time. This house was perfect for our family and we had a great time!

We recently spent 4 nights at this lovely home for a few quieter days between theme park visits. The location on the canal which was also walkable to the beach was great. Our two little boys enjoyed the pool very much and my husband was thrilled with the fishing available by charter nearby. Leslie was very responsive, helpful and personable. The home is very nicely kept and we found we had all we needed. Thank you Leslie for allowing your home to be part of our most recent vacation family memories!

The home and location were beautiful There was definitely a lack of communication between owner and myself. I felt like when I asked a question, I was annoying her There was no information booklet in the home We did not know we had heat on the jacuzzi There was no list of local restaurants/ shops etc No welcome bottle of wine with a note like in most houses Did not feel welcomed at all Also, host messaged me asking what time I wanted to check in while we were at airport to fly down I thought she was offering as the house would be cleaned and ready Then she proceeded to give me a price to check in early. If the house was ready, I thought that to be rude Same thing at checkout … would let us stay for a few Again, not welcoming at all 😳 This rental.. although home was beautiful, left a bad taste Sorry for honest review.

The house was perfect for our family. 3 couples- one family has 2 small children. Can’t beat the views and loved the proximity to the beach and activities. Lesley was wonderful!

The house worked perfectly for us. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. One of the highlights was watching dolphins off of the dock.

House is beautiful and in great location. Lesley was a great host and responded to all we needed. Four bedrooms fit family of 7 perfectly. Easy walk to all Clearwater beach attractions. Pool and hot tub were great. Got to see dolphins off the dock. Will definitely book again.

We loved the property! The owner was easy to work with and the property was exactly what we were looking for! We had a group of 8 - ages 14 to 52, and there was something for everyone!! We saw dolphins, a variety of birds, caught fish and crabs in the bay. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach. Perfect property for us

Great Location, beautifuly property, we loved pool, perfect for our family with kids, dolphins were seen of the dock, would stay here again, owner was great to communicate with, promt replies of all our questions.

Had an amazing time in Clearwater and this house made it so!!! So clean and beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice!! Everything in walking distance. Highlight of the trip was watching the dolphins swimming right by us on the dock!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We loved this home. Very clean, very spacious. Our favorite part was the outdoor area (pool, hot tub, and the dock). We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the dock. We saw dolphins swim by (and under the dock) almost daily during our weeklong stay. The views from both upstairs and downstairs are amazing. The street and canal are both very quiet, yet a short walk away from the busy Clearwater beach. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. There are also plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and two beach umbrellas. Bring your own cooler and beach cart. We enjoyed our week and wish we could have stayed longer.

We have family based in Clearwater, so this was a wonderful place to make a home-base for those of us flying in from outta town. The photos understate the ambiance and comfort of the place. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to the sugar sand beaches. We all loved it here.
