We had an awesome stay at the Bristlecone home. Hot tub was clean and yard was tidy. Kids loved the swing set. The home was SUPER clean which always makes a stay more enjoyable. We even enjoyed the walking path just a block away. We would definitely stay here again.

Home provides a great location to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Zion. Was a perfect location for everything. Cedar City is a beautiful town. The house was great. Hot tub was great after long days of hiking.

We went on a girls trip with 6 girls and it couldn’t have gone any better. We most definitely will be back from Texas to visit Lance’s house. It’s super cute, clean, cozy, stocked and roomy. Lance had very quick communication and has things supplied that people like me always forget to pack. We greatly enjoyed our time here as well as the hot tub. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

The place was clean, spacey, and had everything we needed and more. Lance was very friendly and prompt in every interaction which put the icing on the cake. The patio and backyard are cozy for friends or family whether relaxing or bbqing.

We were very pleased with this home. We enjoyed our stay as the cottage was well equipped, clean and very pleasant. Backyard outside seating was also enjoyable as the evening cooled down. The location for access to the various parks was also an advantage, and Cedar City is a nice place.

Lance was so accommodating. He let us check in early since there weren't any guests right before us. The house has everything you would need and is clean and organized with instructions and labels around the house to guide you. Beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Quiet, clean, well stocked. Will stay again!

House was clean and convenient to everything we needed. We were attending the Shakespeare Festival, so we were happy to rent a house where we could all be together! This house worked out perfectly! This house was perfect for our stay! It is so clean, comfortable and beautiful! The queen beds are so comfy, you literally just melt into them. We loved hanging out on the back patio. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is perfect. Close to shopping/grocery stores/restaurants, and freeway access. We will definitely stay here again!

Bright and lovely home
We traveled to Cedar City with our two teenage granddaughters for the Renaissance Fair and to see a production of "Sweeney Todd". This house was not far from the venues. When we arrived the AC was on, the house was nice, light and cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this rental.

House was conveniently located just outside the downtown part of Cedar City, close to Shakespeare Festival and beautiful hikes including Zion National Park. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, wonderful backyard for kids to play and owner was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.
