Location! Right on the Beach, condo high rise View from Bedroom. Close to everything.

We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in the door everything was as advertised and more. The home was gorgeous, clean, stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the location was amazing. It was perfect for my daughter and her friends to go out to the beach and enjoy the day or drive to local hot spots to enjoy shopping and entertainment. As for myself and my friend we were in the perfect location to enjoy bike week. Everything was a short ride away. Thank you Sonja for the quick responses to questions and for sharing this beautiful home with us. We will definitely be booking here again!

What a absolutely relaxing house very nice and clean, walk right out to the beach. Close to restaurants and Pier Park. Sonya was great to deal with and made sure everything was right.

This is by far the BEST rental we have ever stayed in! It was clean, fully remodeled with the most gorgeous views! I had excellent communication with the hosts and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I will definitely book again when returning to PCB!!

Great location and easy check in.

House is fantastic!! Unfortunately my infant won’t be an infant next year so we won’t be able to stay here again because we will be over the limit and we are so sad about that because the location is perfect!! There is a Winn Dixie right across the street, so that makes getting anything you need a breeze! We LOVED being able to walk back and forth so easy from the beach, made having a baby at the beach so much easier! The house was so cute and the view is amazing!

Stayed during July 4th and the fireworks along the beach were spectacular! The condo was directly on the beach and had everything you needed for us five. It was in the perfect location close to pier park, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Communication with the host was great and very timely. Thanks for the early check in! It was greatly appreciated!

Everything was perfect except the AC. It was really hard to sleep at night because the AC couldn’t cool the house enough.

My husband and I stayed here recently and enjoyed it incredibly. You can tell it’s newly remodeled with how nice/clean everything is. Gorgeous deck just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. Beach chairs and toys provided, which is a huge plus when flying in! Close to the main pier (Panama city beach) but not too close that you feel crowded. I will 100% be booking this place again and may just make it a tradition each year. Sonia, the owner, is very accommodating and easy to get ahold of!

Nice place with all the convenience! Easy to get in and out even with the road work going on. Clean and comfortable. Will be back!

The location was great and the property was as pictured, right on the beach. A hiccup with housekeeping at check-in made us all uneasy and caused us to question the cleanliness of the rental. The host resonded quickly to our concrens, was receptive to feedback, and made a kind gesture to make up for it. In the end, the calm water, fresh air, and warm sun more than made up for it. Our timing seemed to be perfect as there was always an open spot on the beach to enjoy the view. We will definitely be back to Pananma City!

Very short walk to the beach and great view from the master bedroom

we wanted a long weekend on the beach. this was perfect for 2 couples. nice deck to sit and have coffee in the mornings and fun for sunset and a cocktail. loved our stay and will def stay again next year!

We loved this condo. It was away from the crowded areas but close enough to drive to the popular spots. The condo was right on the beach and therefore we did not have to worry about walking far or carrying all the beach equipment. The beach was not crowded as the condo was surrounded by other small condos. We got to the property early on the first day and messaged the owners who let us in earlier that check in time which was awesome. There was construction going on next door which limited parking and was noisy at times. Also air conditioning went out several times over a 3 day period. HVAC people came to look but nothing was wrong and looked to be working. My husband took a look and was able to unclog drain on system and no issues after. Overall a great place and would go back!

The views are amazing. Sonya is great! The construction is gonna be great once it is done. The beach access is amazing sitting at the bar watching the waves was the best.

Overall very happy with the rental and area. The owners are very friendly and communicative. This trip was planned for my terminally ill wife and she was able to enjoy it and had a great time! She just wished it didn’t go so fast haha. If we can keep my wife stable we are trying to plan another stay for a little longer as this was a last minute not planned out trip and hopefully be able to stay at here again! :) thank y’all for hosting us, we enjoyed it!

From entering the unit to the beach was very nice. The owner was gracious and responded quickly. The only problem we experienced was the construction in front of the unit. It was an inconvenience and you needed some knowledge to be able to navigate the road construction.

Great Rental! Very clean and well appointed but what I really loved was the convenience. The beach at your back door and the grocery across the street you never even have to drive anywhere if you choose not to. Thanks for a relaxing few days will be sure to rent again.

We had such a great trip! The townhouse was clean, cozy and close to all of the amenities. The views from the back deck and master bedroom were amazing! It was so nice being steps away from the practically private beach. We would recommend this place and would stay here again!

The most wonderful vacation rental. It is in the perfect place for a quiet beach getaway. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need but the best part is the deck and ability to just step out the back door and into the sand. Beach was quiet and super easy to set up a blanket or beach tent to spend the day on the beach. Also right across the street from a grocery store. Basically everything you could ever need nearby but honestly with the beach so easy to access you may never want to leave.

We loved this location! The beach was practically private and absolutely beautiful. When we could pull ourselves away from the water or lovely back deck we were a nice walk from the Pier and Pier Park. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie board from the chest on the patio. The grocery store across the street was very handy as well. We walked to the pier several mornings and really enjoyed our trip to St. Andrews State Park. Sonya was a lovely host with great positive energy. She was attentive and made certain we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a memorable friends week!

You couldn’t get any closer to the beach than here! Great location, great accommodations and very accessible to restaurants, groceries and all the amenities. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We had the best time! The view of the beach, from the deck, was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and decorated beautifully for a beach vacation. It was perfect for our family of 4. I would recommend this to any of my friends and we will definitely be staying here again.

We had a magical week at this property. The view of the ocean is stellar! Especially from the upstairs master. It’s like you have your own little slice of heaven on the beach. This location doesn’t boast much of a crowd. It is close to many attractions, including shopping, restaurants, and Pier Park. The kitchen is equip with everything you need to cook. Beach chairs and toys provided if needed. Our host Sonya was very communicative and kind. We thank you for sharing your vacation home with us! We will be back! 🏝

From the moment we arrived the experience was perfect. The location was clean, the host very responsive, and lots to do. Everything was easy to get to. Will definitely be back! The only negative was the weather - came in tow. Idle of a storm - and the the HUGE TV made movies and football a great option.
