We had a great Thanksgiving week in Tampa and were thrilled at how comfortable the house was! Everything was well set up for an easy visit, and I was especially grateful that the kitchen is well stocked so I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for our family too. The outside sitting area was my favorite and if it had been a little warmer we would have used the pool more too.

Very cute home with great decor. The fresh smell upon entering was delightful. Lovely welcome basket with goodies my two boys thoroughly enjoyed. Very clean and well maintained with everything you need while on vacay. The pool area was very nice - a few critters, but, hey it’s FL! The outdoor shower was very refreshing and the shampoo was some of the best smelling shampoo I’ve ever used! Appreciate the communication with Maegan; Great hosts! Great location to all things Tampa - TampaZoo, FL Aquarium, Clearwater Beach, Armature to name a few. Will definitely stay again if we head back down to Tampa!

The indoor and outdoor space is amazing. It was cutely decorated and enough space for the 6 of us. And best of all Lions won.

Definitely will be staying again in the future. We really enjoyed our time visiting Tampa and staying in this property!

My family decided to adventure out for a last minute get-a-way to Florida. The Foxtail Palm is a beautiful home with amazing and attentive hosts who provided everything we imagined and more. The house was immaculately cleaned and nicely decorated. My family loved the pool and patio area. It was the perfect haven for relaxing and watching the kids enjoy some pool time. The outside shower filled with beautiful plants adds to the tropical vibe. The house was spacious enough to for my teenagers to enjoy time together and separate when necessary. Meagan and Brian have provided all of the necessities one could need for vacation. The Foxtail Palm is in a perfect location to access all of Tampa's major attractions, beaches, great restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning again soon!!!

Cute home in a great location, close to Madeira and Clearwater beaches, short distance from Orlando attractions. Loved the lanai and outdoor pool area. Close to Publix, Target and other retailers. Great food locally-owned Bull Market. Enjoyed stay immensely.

Rough neighbourhood lots of security cameras on property depicting unsafe neighbourhood unhelpful host when these issues raised no offer of compensation due to misleading photos not prepared to put my families life in danger staying here neither host nor Vrbo wanted to take responsibility for cancellation or refund

We enjoyed our stay at Sun Bay South. The house was clean, comfortable, lots of towels, well stocked kitchen, nice pool. Perfect for me + my daughter. Would definitely come back if we are in Tampa again!

We stayed for a short weekend trip to visit our college student. The home was beautifully remodeled, inviting, and was well stocked with all kinds of creature comforts for guests. Our dog has a great time squirrel watching. The neighborhood is older, but very quiet.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We loved the attention to detail, including the house manual, plethora of towels and blankets, welcome basket, coffee, and kitchen supplies. We each had our separate area and a large common area. I can see this being great for couples and families. Meagan also communicated promptly and was so pleasant. I hope we’ll be able to return again soon.

Property is even better than it looks in photos. We’ve never stayed at such a well supplied property. Location was very convenient for downtown Tampa, Hyde park, soho, st Pete and other coastal venues. Finally Meagan was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again.

This property was stunning! So clean inside & out. We had a wonderful time. It was our first time staying in Tampa & we would love to come back sometime. 10/10 recommend this place.

We stayed here for half a week and loved it! We called in Uber Eats and Instacart for food, and went to St. Pete Beach during the day. The pool was great, and the home has all kinds of fantastic decorative live plants and landscaping all around the property. My wife also mentioned how much she loved the smell of the home when we first arrived. 😄 We loved the gift basket and can tell a lot of thought went into planning for this home. 5 Stars!

As soon as you walk in you were greeted with refreshing and clean smells. Everything is well thought out, has everything you need. We ended up having to leave early due to a hurricane and the host, Meagan was very understanding and communicated great with us. I couldn’t of asked for a better host during such a stressful time.

We could not have found a better rental property for our stay in Tampa. Owners communicated with us, the home is well stocked, the furniture is all beyond comfortable and the pool is clean and clear.

We traveled from Vt to Tampa and were so pleased with our rental. It was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool. House was so clean and everything we needed was right there.

Meagan and Brian's place is the perfect place for a Tampa vacation! The pool was throughly enjoyed by the entire family and our pup enjoyed chasing lizards in the nice sized yard. My son LOVED the outdoor shower too! The home is clean, had everything we needed for a week long stay, and in beautifully decorated. There were even items for our pup! The home is centrally located to many attractions and restaurants in the area and is a great home base.

Host is very accommodating and the house is beautifully decorated! Snacks and water bottles were appreciated! Only con is the A/C doesn’t seems to blow to good in the master bedroom. Other than that the place was amazing, would definitely stay again.

We did not travel with pets, but the home is also well stocked for four-legged family members including a dog bed, food bowls and extra supplies like leashes. There is even a dog door out to the pool area. The neighborhood is very convenient to shops, restaurants and major roads, but some of the surrounding houses are not as well kept as the listing. We spent most of our time in and by the pool. It is a lovely place to relax during the day as well as in the evenings. The shaded seating area is very comfortable and the string lights provided a pleasant ambiance at night. Additional seating may be needed if your party was at maximum occupancy. As a previous review stated, there is no ceiling fan in the Master suite which left the room feeling very stuffy in the evenings. We also had difficulty controlling the smart thermostat. It would have been helpful to have directions in the welcome binder.
