We will definitely be back. This condo was perfect. It had all the comforts of home. Sally was a perfect host and wanted to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. The beach was not crowded and therefore quiet and relaxing. I can't wait to return.

Listing was just as stated. Katie was very prompt with any questions. It is on a less populated section of the beach and great for families. Parking was plentiful and had zero issues!!! Definitely recommend :-)

The condo felt like home away from home. Everything you would need plus the amazing view of the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Katie was very nice and easy to communicate with. We cannot wait to go back!

Great experience all around. We really didn't need to bring anything extra on this trip, the unit had so many extras. Owners were excellent with communication. Location was great.

The condo is in a great location. The view of the ocean from the balcony is just beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning and in the evening you could walk out the door on the opposite side and get a gorgeous view of the Halifax river and the sunset. The condo is super clean and had everything you need to make our stay just perfect

Everything about this condo was perfect. Plenty of parking, with many covered spots, easy access to the building, which is located close to shops and grocery but in a quiet part of the beach. The condo itself was spotless, pleasantly decorated and updated, kitchen well equipped, and having two bathrooms turned out to be quite convenient. Through text conversations while checking in, the hosts were very kind and welcoming, we felt very much at home here. This was such a pleasant stay, we will definitely be back!

The Host was very accommodating and the overall experience was very pleasant and easy going at not point in time was there ever an issue the grounds were very clean if I had to sum it up in one word it would be peaceful

We had a wonderful time. The condo is close to the beach - down the elevator, out the door, through the gate and on the sand. The condo is nice, modern and clean. The owners are responsive. Everything was easy and great.

I was really scouring properties looking for Oceanview right from the balcony. This condo did not disappoint. It's gorgeous. The inside of the condo also was so comfortable and clean and well appointed. But, the icing on the cake were Katie and Sally. Amazing hosts. Highly responsive and simply sweet. We will be back again and again.

This condo was amazing! Very clean, had everything we would need for our vacation, including beach chairs to coffee! Beautifully decorated. Only one small issue, called Katie, it was taken care of immediately. Wonderful hosts, can't wait to visit next year! Highly recommend!

My wife and I were lucky enough to be able to stay at 502 hosted by Ginger. The condo was immaculate and our host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating!

Short review: As ideal of a property and property owner as you could book. Peaceful, great beach (especially for kids), friendly residents, easy to get to. Outstanding views, clean and well furnished. More detailed review: Location- maybe 5 minutes from the Dunlawton Bridge. It’s not in the seedy part of Daytona, it’s normal people. Only one restaurant in walking distance but you can be to plenty of great places in less than 15 minutes. Building in general: everything I saw looked clean, maybe a dusting of sand at the most (it’s the beach, we heard they had sand there). I like that the pool and lobby are limited access to people who belong there. The ocean access key is a little odd considering there’s a public beach access down both sides of the building, but its there. Parking was plentiful, covered parking is a little tight but nothing I’m not used to. Condo itself: furnished in a way that shows a lot of consideration to the guest. Stocked with more than I even expected. Spacious, both bedrooms have good privacy. The views out the windows are wonderful. Beds were comfortable, the dehumidifier was nice to have too. Not cramped, plenty of seating and table room. Owner: Ginger has just sold this unit but she was extremely prompt in any questions I had, very easy to talk to. Best condo I have stayed in on VRBO/Homeaway.

This property is our favorite vacation spot! Clean, perfectly set up, and wonderfully maintained. The owner is amazing and wonderful communicator. We hope to be back real soo !

This condo met all of our needs. We felt at home when we entered the front door. The view from our balcony was awesome, ocean front. The location was great , it is a no drive beach which is good if you have young ones.The kitchen was well kept, everything we needed. The owner stayed in contact which was comforting.
