Everything was accommodating. The only minor issue was a unique smell that was present in the apartment that was neither horrible nor pleasant. It was a bit off-putting, but was no longer noticeable within minutes of being in the apartment. Otherwise, check in instructions were clear to understand, and the apartment was comfortable.

This was a fantastic place for our week in Salt Lake City. Easy short walk downtown but also next to train tracks. Across street from grocery store. Numerous restaurants and bars in area. Condo was very spacious for our 4 adults and complex amenities wonderful. Made for great base for going to various ski resorts by day and out on town by night.

4 night stay for a ski trip with my son. Apartment is nicely furnished beds are comfortable and has a great view.The TV is huge as well which was a nice bonus for watching the Super Bowl!

We used this as our base for skiing / exploring SLC. The condo was clean, well stocked and easy to access. Building amenities are nice, close to groceries, restaurants and walkable. If we needed something, the host provided it. The exception was recycling. We had no bin nor anywhere to dispose of it. Also, a garage locker for ski gear would be nice. Easy to access ski resorts….

We had an amazing time in salt lake city and the apartment made it even better! We could see the beautiful mountains and the city through the windows. The apartment had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We even cooked dinner 2 times. The parking garage was also very convenient. Also the pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Overall we had a great experience.

We had 5 in our party and we all enjoyed the condo! Very clean, cozy & relaxing. I really appreciated the precise instructions given for directions, entrances and codes. We had no problems with parking or finding our condo. It was a quick, cheap Uber ride to downtown SLC. I would stay there again!

Beds were comfy, and apartment was very quiet. The coffee that was left there in a cute jar was quite yummy. I liked the free parking and gym most. Good neighborhood - very safe and walkable. The 3rd bed is a couch sleeper.

I dont think the property was cleaned before our stay. It smelled like bleach, but it was dirty and had some other underlying odor. Neighborhood full of homeless did not feel safe. Food left in the fridge. Needs maintenance attention to live up to the owners request for 5 star rating.

Clean, well stocked kitchen, bright enjoyable place to stay. Lovely pool area and fun game room. Secure parking and close to supermarket; convenient access to tourist areas and U of U.

Convenient location to everything. Beds were super comfy and location was perfect.

Property was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Hand soap, paper-towels, toilet paper etc. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. Workout area was really nice. We were 30-40 min drive to all the areas we wanted to visit.

I have kids in their twenties and they loved the vibe here. Very bright and happy place. We would have loved to have used the pool but did not have the time. Everything was great about our stay.

This is a great apartment- very nice, very clean. The kitchen is well organized and has what we needed to cook meals. The whole place felt very upscale. We made use of the gym and it was a good one. It was nice to be able to use the garage on the bottom floor- we felt like our car was secure down there. The managing group for the rental was very helpful and responsive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would easily recommend it to anyone looking to stay in SLC.

We enjoyed our stay at Encore. The location was perfect - minutes to downtown, great dining and hiking. The unit was well equipped and the gym and parking were an added bonus.

Property was beautiful! Communication with host was excellent and detailed instructions for checkin and checkout were much appreciated. The property was clean and came well stocked for our 3 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for my 5 night business trip to SLC. Very clear check in instructions and rules. WiFi super strong and easy to connect. Plenty of towels, pillows, cleaning supplies, clothes hangers, etc. Thermostat was easy to understand and adjust. Having underground secure parking made a huge difference the week I was there as there was a good amount of snow. It's not a "cute" neighborhood, but a very useful one, with Starbucks less than a block away, a selection of fast food, and a major grocery store all on the same block. I will look to book in this building again whenever I need to be in town for more than a night or two.

We had a great stay at Central City. Apartment was spacious, modern and had everything we needed and more. Loved how the couch pops out and up for an ottoman, we need one at home. It being hot this time of year and being in the city it was great having the parking garage on the lower level. We definitely made us of the pool and pool table in the complex's pool area. Thanks again for having us, we will be back.

Beautiful apartment, killer views, very clean, and great communication from the host made this a super easy trip. I gave the location 4 stars because although it's great that it's in downtown SLC there were a LOT of homeless people around which made walking around not feel super safe. Other than that though this was a fantastic apartment and the secured parking was amazing to have. We will definitely look at staying here again next time we visit. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this lovely and immaculate condo to anyone visiting Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. We were here for The U orientation and then a free day for some fun up in Park City. The location is safe, secure and close to everything you could need...we will definitely book again with these wonderful hosts!

This property was clean and conveniently located near several grocery stores and a short walk to several restaurants. It was nice to have a pool to cool off in and a treat to have a grill available for burgers. This property is perfect if you're planning a short stay and eating most of your meals out. I was staying here with my daughter for three weeks while she attended a summer program, so we were planning to eat most of our meals "at home." There were pots, pans and standard appliances that were quite new as well as a rack of spices but no large bowl for a salad or mixing, no platters or trays for serving and no storage containers. There was plenty of barware and a nice selection of sharp knives. The EV charging consisted of regular electrical outlets scattered around the garage vs. an actual EV charging station. We were lucky enough to get to plug in almost every night. Pro: charging was free. Con: it took 12-13 hours to get a full charge (49 miles on my hybrid). It was nice to have the car parked in the garage where it was safe and cool. Overall it was a nice, clean place to stay with a lovely view of the mountains and downtown area. It was conveniently located near grocery stores and a short walk to some nice restaurants.

Great stay in SLC. Property was clean, amenities were unbelievable, great location, and property manager was very communicative and focused on guest comfort. Location near downtown and light rail. 15 minutes to the airport. Will definitely book again when in SLC.
