The property was not what the pictures showed. The couch was falling apart as was the second floor balcony. The management company fixed the couch as well as they could but it did not last long. One of the two bathrooms was clogged up when we arrived. The flooring had tape all over to keep some of the boards down. The best part was the use of a pool.

This was perfect for my family! The grandkids absolutely loved it and said it was the best house we've been to so far. Check-in was easy and host stayed in contact with us through making sure we had what we needed. We are definitely interested in booking with this house for next year!

We stayed here over the Easter weekend and had a blast. The kids enjoyed the pool and ease of location to the beach. Communication with Russell was great and the property had ample space for all of us enjoy. Will definitely try to stay again.

Property is showing a bit of wear and tear but stills nice property. The beds were super comfortable. Main floor flooring is in need of repair but the home is beautiful and close to the beautiful beach where the ice cream truck drives right by.
It was so nice to have salt and pepper and coffee. Incidentals were supposed like dish soap and dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent which made the visit much nicer.

Reserved this VRBO for night before we embarked on a cruise out of Galveston. Plenty of room and beds for our crew of 14. The kids enjoyed the arcade games, ping pong table and foosball table available. We would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful property. Everything went smoothly for our weekend trip. It completely met our expectations. Our Cross Country Team was down for our 3rd annual Santa Hustle Race Weekend. Thank you to the property owners for opening up your home to us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Such a great weekend in a great home! We had a party of 9 stay in the house comfortably. Ample beds and ample space. The game room!!!! And the pool!!! And Russell was great to work with. The proximity of the house to the beach was only a 6 min walk or 1-2min drive. We thought the downside of the home would be having only 2 bthrms but it totally worked out. No complaints from anyone. We had an amazing weekend.

This beach house was perfect for a large group (stayed here with 13 adults) and walking distance to the beach! Having the pool was great, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need (maybe could do with another pan), tons of room for everyone. Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful and well-equipped home. The place was very spacious and had plenty of beds for all. The pool was definitely a plus and made our weekend so much fun and entertaining for the entire family. We also like the fact that we were able to bring our for babies. The only thing I would say about that is one of the gates did not latch, so we were always worried that they would escape. That would be the only thing that would need improvement. Other than that we would definitely recommend and stay again!

The location was perfect and communication with the host was excellent. Check in and out we’re easy as pie! The house was spacious and the pool was a nice touch. Some of the items in the house, particularly the games/chair upstairs and the couch in the main living room. The flooring in the main area was also damaged and lifting in several areas. Overall it was a great stay and we would come back again

The house was very clean and fit our family of 16 great. We enjoyed the pool area with the kids and the short distance to the beach. Overall a great family vacation, I would recommend this property as it was very nice.

Great Place to take the family. Very accomodating setup. Large Kitchen Island and table as well. Has a pool, nice deck, fire pit, etc. which is great for just chilling and visiting. Short drive to the beach. Also the have a link available to a place where you can rent are items like a pop-up, chairs, cooler and other items so that you don't have to carry all that stuff from home. I have also heard folks rent golf carts to go to and from either the beach or the little store down the road.

Our large family group stayed for 4 days over the 4th of July weekend. My brother lives in Jamaica beach but our group was too large for his home to accommodate everyone. The home was large comfortable and accommodating. The pool

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this unique rental home in Jamaica Beach, TX and it was an unforgettable experience. The house was unlike anything I've ever seen - it was beautifully designed and decorated with lots of interesting features. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. I highly recommend this rental home for anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind vacation in Jamaica Beach.

Lovely clean home. Plenty of room for adults and kids throughout the house. Used the fire pit in the back to make s’mores. The kids was excited and loved it so much. Communication was good and quick with the host. Guest enjoyed their time and loved the location. We will definitely rent again for another family get together. Thanks again!

This house is in a great location: lots of room, nice yard, clean, quiet neighborhood with easy access to beach, food, groceries and the west end.

There was enough room for our large family to all have beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and silverware. Open concept kitchen was perfect for our large group.
Would recommend this home for a large group.

This house was awesome for our big group. It was just as listed, everything was clean and the owner replied instantly when we had any questions or concerns. It's very close to a few stores and the beach. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
