This house was a great find. It was a quick walk to the beach, and we rented the e-bikes and cruised around neighborhood (highly recommend). There’s plenty of space in the house for a relaxing staycation with family, the big open kitchen and cozy patio made it feel very welcoming. Will definitely book again when we’re in the area!

Our family of four adults had room to spread out but then come together for meals or putting together jigsaw puzzles. After a bit of a WiFi problem, Kate had Cox Cable out to rectify the issue. Thanks for that! Good location for exploring up and down the coast.

The house was lovely. The pictures on the listing are accurate. The master bedroom was great and the bed was comfortable. There were 7 of us who stayed, 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The teens took walks to the beach in the evening. We enjoyed the back patio eating dinner and playing games. Overall, if we come back to Cali we will definitely stay again.

Nice property, clean, has all the amenities. Super close to the beach. Only issue we had was the wifi was intermittent / inconsistent. Kate was very responsive and tried to help fix it remotely (during a holiday). Other than the wifi, everything else was solid. We enjoyed the firepit and good weather too.

Very cool, beachy feel and vibe from the house. Easy walk to the beach. Great indoor/outdoor living space and plenty of room for the kids to have fun.

Nice property location. Short walk to San Clemente state beach. Short drive to down town shops and restaurants. Unit is very comfortable. Like staying at a relatives home. Only complaint was; no scrubbing pads to clean pots and dishes. Overall a recommendation.

My sisters and I stayed for three days and were so impressed with this home. It felt like a home and not a rental. We especially liked the fireplace as it was cool and rainy during our visit to San Clemente. The owners were prompt with communications and Jeff came by on our first evening to help us with the firepit. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was even better than the photos. Clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. We stayed for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect home base for all our activities. They had a playpen & highchair for our daughter, and a fully enclosed back patio. Would recommend!

We rented this home because our daughter was getting married at the golf course. It was the perfect location! I don't leave reviews often, but felt like this house deserved it. The house was clean, well stocked and great for family gatherings on the patio. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet so getting a good nights sleep was not an issue. The patio is wonderful and that is where we spent a bulk of our time hanging out when we had down time. This is honestly one of the best rentals we have stayed in over the past couple of years. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space for our family to gather.

A lovely beach property equipped with everything you would want for a lovely vacation. We were there with family for a wedding and it was excellent. The people who own it are lovely too and respond quickly to help with any questions you might have. We’d stay here again!
