This was the perfect house to rent for our biannual surf trip. Fit 4 people very comfortably. Everything was very clean and new, rooms large. Hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of surfing and we had a ton of fun with the corn hole and ping pong table in the garage. We accidentally locked ourselves out one day and Vacasa sent someone over quickly to help us get it resolved. It was very pleasant just hanging out in the front area with chairs and a fire pit. Highly recommend this place!

This place was perfect for us. It was a girl's trip with 3 Octogenarian sisters and 3 cousins in their 60's, and we had a fabulous time visiting in such a beautiful setting. Clean and modern decor and very nicely appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

Location and house are amazing. Really impressed with all of the amenities. We over packed since the house had nearly everything needed to take care of and entertain our toddler. Hope to come back soon.

Beautifully decorated, equipped with all you need for travel with kids (e.g. pack and play, lots of toys, kids' utensils, etc.), ideal kitchen for cooking, great dining area for family meals, and ideally located relative to the Beach, Encinitas, La Jolla, and San Diego. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This place was such a nice getaway for our weeklong stay in Cardiff. The kitchen was stocked with any appliance you may need. And plenty of board games and activities to keep you busy when you're not enjoying the hot tub.

The house is located on a quiet street with easy access parking. You can walk to the beach but it a good workout. The Encinitas park is very close with a nice 1 mile loop and popular skate board park plus more.
The house is adorable with a great open concept. The front deck has a gas fire pit. The backyard has hot tub and area for games. The ping pong table is great fun. The house is very accommodating for families with young adults.

If Lodging is important
This home is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. It is hard to find something they missed to make our stay extraordinary. Hot tub, backyard games, ping pong and a fire pit for s'mores. Looking forward to next time....

This home was immaculate !
It truly looks like the pictures in the listing - open breezy great room with direct access to the beautifully landscaped outdoor area and contemporary decor. The beds were super comfy !
Easy walk to a local park with a fun play area for kids . Close to downtown, bike trails and the beach
Make sure to check out the seaside market and if you are a meat eater -try the Cardiff crack- simply delicious!

Beautiful House and Location!
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and the house was perfectly appointed. Our only complaints were that the hot tub was quite dirty when we arrived, and we could have used some extra towels during our stay. But other than that, it was perfect! Lots of stuff for our kids to do (ping pong, bocce, mini basketball hoop), beds were comfy, kitchen tools were fully stocked, and the outdoor space was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Home/Great Location
We stayed 5 nights and loved everything about this house! It was clean, quiet, newly upgraded, and very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, and ping pong table, and we especially enjoyed the outside deck and fire pit. We will be back!

Nice Stay!
Photos were a really good representation of what to expect. The queen bed was a little too hard for me but that’s a personal thing. More cleaning supplies should be provided to make it easier to clean the kitchen. Hot tub was nice and worked well. Nice neighborhood, there is some freeway noise at night.

Great house in a great neighborhood!
We stayed here for thanksgiving week and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well designed and recently remodeled. Very functional space! The beds were extremely comfortable and house well appointed. It’s close to the great seaside market and short drive to beach and great dining in the area. Would stay here again for sure. One suggestion to the owners would be to upgrade the TV service so that there is access to local network channels to watch things like the NFL when its on. Otherwise a perfect stay at a perfect house. Thank you!

What a perfect beachside getaway!
My family and I absolutely loved this house! And Cardiff by The Beach is such a cute little town. The house is a short 1 minute drive to beach, and also a quick walk to a wonderful little playground. When we weren’t at beach, we were playing Bocci ball or ping pong at the house, or relaxing in the Jacuzzi. And the house was lovely, with a fireplace my husband and I enjoyed at night after the kids went to sleep. Every restaurant we tried food was amazing, all very close by! We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Great stay and beautiful property
Great house - lovely outdoor living areas. Only glitch was the hot water heater broke and they couldn’t fix it while I was there. Chilly showers for 3 days but the property management company did provide a partial reimbursement. They were great to deal with.
