Wonderful for a family or small group getaway! Close to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. The backyard was wonderful for the kids to run around and adults to relax. The garage game room is a great bonus!

Ashley’s Oceanside home is the perfect place for your stay with friends or family. Location was excellent, just a short 7-8 min drive to the ocean, bars and restaurants. The house itself is modern & decorated to perfection, but the real highlight is the beautiful backyard. Perfect for grilling, outdoor dining, game nights etc. Will definitely be back if we come to Oceanside again!

It was as described and worked great for our family. Very comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for all the activites we had planned. Quiet neighborhood and any questions we had were answered promptly. We would most define recommend!

I will begin by saying I feel funny staying places other than home. But, from the moment I walked in, it felt like home. The home was immaculate, and totally updated. My husband and I slept in the master, and we slept like a baby. The backyard is great. We were able to log in to our Prime and Netflix accounts in the family room and master. We would definitely go back to this house!

First time visiting Oceanside and loved it. Ashley was so amazing to communicate with - response time was speed lightening. The home is situated in a Comfie and quiet neighborhood. Def would come back and stay at this property.

The home is close to everything including Beaches, Disc Golf. San Diego Safari Park 25 minutes. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself was complete with outdoor and indoor living.

This only thing I’d suggest is having a pest control company come and spray maybee twice a month for a couple of months and then once a month for maintenance. We saw a few brown widows which is very dangerous. There were some thick spider webs as well. Other than that, rhe house was lovely.

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Clean, friendly, easy check-in, great location, backyard and ping pong were fun for down time at the house. Highly recommend!

We were in Oceanside for a family event. The home is clean and nicely decorated with a spacious backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Neighborhood is very quite. Relaxing backyard. Neighbor does have a rooster so enjoy seeing the chickens and rooster when they went up the hill. If i ever stay in ocean beach will rent the house again. Our family loves everything the San Diego County area has especially the beaches, hikes, and safari park.

This house was so cozy and welcoming that we felt like we were home, but better! We enjoyed the lovely, dog-friendly backyard, the ping pong table, and the comfortable living room. The beds were super comfy after a fun day at the nearby beaches or LEGOLAND. Ashley was also very easy to work with and quick to respond.

The house itself was great for my family and I of three. The beds and linens were comfortable after a day of walking and biking. The house amenities were carefully curated to have exactly what we'd need. The backyard is absolutely stellar!!!! Such a beautiful change from my desert backyard at home. It was a dream to stay in the lush, succulent yard. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home and allowing us to have an Oceanside weekend!!!! <3 <3

The property was very clean with a big back yard, which was great for our dog and sitting outside in the sun. The property is minutes away from the beach if you are driving, but walking it is about 35 minutes and you have to cross over freeway ramps which were scary and I wouldn't advise walking it after dark. The house is a close car ride to the pier, beach and lots of great restaurants. We go to North San Diego County a lot, because we have family there. This is a good property to stay at if you already know the area, otherwise I think you'd be disappointed in the location. For our purpose it was fine since we knew where we were going and knew where to spend our time. As stated the house was very clean and charming, but lacked some basics I think a VRBO should have, such as soap for showering, adequate kitchen tools, like a sharp knife, vegetable peeler, more than one large bowl and proper BBQ tools with long handles. All small stuff, but cumulatively the small things over looked adds up and it would be nice to add some of these things for guests in the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the check in and check out process was seamless. We were very glad to have our dog there with us for the trip so it all worked out well.

We had such a good time in Oceanside and this property was a wonderful place to make our home away from home base. It was even better than pictured. The back yard was private and restful. The home was clean and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Everything was perfect!

What a great place to stay especially with a dog. There is a large backyard, located in quiet neighborhood which has easy access to I-5 to go to various beaches, Carlsbad which is about 10 minutes away and San Diego. Owner is very responsive and welcoming.

Came to Oceanside for Christmas vacation and could not be more pleased with this property and host! Host communication was excellent answering all our questions and was quick in their response. Property is a wonderful home with up to date appliances and comfortable beds. The backyard is beautiful with plenty of seating and a grill to enjoy the weather. I would highly recommend this listing and will definitely use again for our future visits.
