Very clean, spacious property in the ideal location to visit family! We were two adult couples, one sibgle adult child, and two teens, and there was plenty of space for everyone. With the added benefit of space to entertain local family members for the day! The kitchen is extremely well appointed with all the dishes and cooking utensils needed. Having a grocery store within walking distance is a huge plus! And the many little thoughtful touches, such as q-tips in the bathrooms and basic seasonings in the pantry, made our stay so comfortable and convenient.

The place was perfect for our needs, plenty of space and very clean (except for the carpets).

We loved this place. It’s even better in person. Accommodated our family of 6 very well while we were all in town for a wedding. 2 car garage was spacious. Beautiful area and pretty views from the upstairs balcony.

This townhome was the perfect place for us. Kitchen was nice and had what we needed. Plenty of space. Sleeps 10, not 12. Carpet was a little worn/dirty. Great value and stay!!

We were in Orem for a family wedding and had hoped to sleep 10 family members. The site said It accommodated 12. Luckily, one couple couldn't make it as it could never sleep 12. It can really only sleep 8. The bunk room had 2 queen bunks, that really is only good for kids. You are expecting adults to sleep on the top bunk. The downstairs closet doors were broken and laying up against the closet. The house had NO bath soap in any of the bathrooms, only shampoo and conditioner. The master TV didn't work, the drain in the master sink was broken, the house didn't feel very clean. There was hair on the walls of the downstairs shower walls. Frying pans in the kitchen are not really acceptable, as they are old and flaking badly. Chips were found under the cushions in the living room. The outside doors stick. The house needs a good cleaning of carpets, etc. and some maintenance work. The complimentary snacks were a joke. There were 3 small bags and we had said we were going to be a family of 10. All in all, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Access to main roads and freeways is convenient. The house has 4 nice bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Instructions were clear and the host was quick to respond. Neighborhood was safe and pretty quiet. We’d stay here again for sure!

Overall it was a great place to spend out time for a family wedding. Just a few suggestions: 1. more towels for the bathrooms. We only had one towel per person for all 4 days. 2. Bathroom floor rugs, especially floor mats for outside of the tub/shower 3. Have someone available at all times for items needed. The microwave did not work and needed a new one. They dropped it off at the front door and luckily we were able to install it ourselves or else the visitors may have had to wait and not have one. 4. A few little cleaning items. Exhaust vents, baseboards 5.It would be really nice if there were nightstands on bothsides of the beds in all rooms. Also, maybe lights or components for USB ports on each night stand. We loved our stay! Everything was super clean upon arrival and the home is very spacious -- plenty room for all of us to feel comfortable. It was super easy to request an early check-in also.

We had four adults and five teenage boys in our group, and this place was the perfect getaway for relaxing in between baseball games. Plenty of space for everyone and perfectly located between all the places we had to travel for the tournament. Loved that we were able to park in the garage and walk across the street for groceries. The hosts promptly answered all of our questions. Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved it all!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The home was clean and we loved how close it was to everything. We had to communicate about a couple things and the response was almost immediate. Would recommend.

Felt like home. We were traveling with a 93 year old, Trouble with stairs but not a host issue. We didn’t have an ironing board or iron. We did purchase iron and scissors and Left for next guest.

This property was everything we wanted. It gave us plenty of room for our family and was clean and updated in every way. The bedrooms and closets are much larger than you would expect in a typical short-term rental. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this Orem property. It is one of the cleanest VRBO's I have stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few places. I appreciate a clean place because I feel a lot more comfortable knowing it's clean. The location is really easy to access and it is right next to a huge grocery store that we walked to purchase groceries. Having access to the garage was a bonus especially since it was snowy/rainy almost the whole time we were there. Beds were fairly comfortable and again, everything was very clean. A few things we could have used were more hangers (each bedroom had only two hangers in the closet), a colander in the kitchen to drain pasta or other foods and a pitcher as well. There were plenty of towels and other linens so that was a plus. We would stay here again.

The location is really great. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Freeway nearby, but quiet neighborhood. Beautiful property with garage. Nice touches with needed supplies. Beware the app. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Garage access for a car and lots of street parking. Quiet neighborhood and tons of space for our family of 5. Plenty of eating options around and 1min drive to I-15. The place was impeccably clean. I would recommend 100%!!
