Working with the property owner was amazing, a great guy! The pool was heated and my family swam in it every night of our stay while my wife and I hung out in the hot tub. Plenty of room for our family of 9 and if we ever find ourselves in the San Diego area again, this property will be at the top of our list. 15-20 minutes away from the zoo, the USS Midway, and Seaworld. Right around the corner of a nice little mall and within a mile of Albertson’s and a Sprouts. It really had everything our family needed! We would recommend the property to others.

I booked this property for my family (6 adults and one 12 year old) to celebrate my son’s Navy graduation. We arrived to the home without any issues. The home was as described. It had plenty of space for all of us to sleep, relax, and hang out. The owner was on top of everything and always available by text. My interaction with him was always pleasant and responsive. I recommend this home to anyone looking for plenty of space and I would stay there again.

The house is very spacious, and comfortable. You don't ever feel crowded in the home. Plenty of towels and supplies for our stay. Clean and comfortable beds.
We used the pool heating option and the kids loved it!
Everything was clean, house, pool and jacuzzi.
Kitchen was well stocked. The bonus bathroom by the pool was a great thing to have!
Allan was amazing and super easy to get a hold of. Very helpful through the whole check in process.
Only thing that could have made it better was the house having AC, it was a tad warm in the area but the fans provided helped to circulate the air.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

My family and I enjoyed this location. It was close to stores and many restaurants (fast food and dine in). This house has plenty of space! The pool was perfect and we really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The host was very kind and responsive.

My family loved this house. Lots of space and TVs to relax after a long day of having fun. Apps on the Tv were set up for guest so you didn’t have to login with your own. Hot tub to use and pool. Location was really close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We had our family of 9 stay at this property. It was super! We were within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to see. The house was spacious and we used the pool and hot tub every day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Alan responded to all our questions quickly and brought whatever we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time, the house was geat for our 9 person family. Wonderful pool and hot tub made it even better. Convenient location close to grocers and Walmart, and great attractions like zoo, Midway ship and museum, Coronado Beach and Balboa Park. Alan was very responsive when we had questions and requests. Very clean and comfortable house.

This property was great. We have a big family and it easily accommodated all of us and was safe for our kids even for our young special need sons. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome and well worth paying the extra fee for. Great place to stay in Chula Vista, great host, definitely recommend it. Thank you.

First off, the property itself is amazing. The heated pool and the heated hot tub are a must! The host was very communicative, friendly, and gave perfect instructions. If you're thinking of staying here, I can think of no better location and house to go to!

A group of 7 adult women stayed here and loved our time. We enjoyed the location being close to San Diego in order to explore. We also enjoyed just staying at the house using the pool and hot tub and just chilling. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need. There was plenty of space for all of us. Check in and out was easy. If we are ever back in the area we would stay here again.

We loved this property! House was very clean and decorated nice, Pool and hot tub were amazing, tons of dishes to cook with, plenty of towels and blankets. Checkin process was super simple, property manager was very kind and lenient. Loved working with this company and their property manager. Super professional and easy to reach. Highly recommend. Will be booking again

The layout for this house was perfect for 2 families to stay in, the pool and hot tub were fun too. It was nice and close to the freeway so easy to get everywhere we needed to. The owner was great to work with and answered all of our texts quickly.

It's a very nice place but has bad tv ( no cable, no local channels) and has neighbors on both sides with barking dogs. Great place to be woken up by barking dogs every night at 430 am. Very inconsiderate neighbors. We would never stay there again.
