Great central location with easy access to the metro, shopping and all that DC has to offer. Quiet and spacious apartment with nice amenities.

The location is amazing for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk most places that we went the neighborhood had everything close by would recommend the bagel shop for breakfast. The unit was comfortable and had we needed. The management company was very communicative and cared. We would definitely recommend staying there in the future

A great location for the family’s spring break. Apartment was a nice set up overall with everything we needed, and the management team couldn’t have been more responsive for any questions we had.

We had a wonderful time in DC and this VRBO provided a great home-base for our sightseeing. It was as-advertised. Located in a great part of town. A couple minutes to the Metro station and in an area with plenty of restaurants. Groceries about a block away. And a very safe, friendly neighborhood. The apartment itself was spacious and full of light due to windows on 3 sides. Two of the bedrooms were large and spacious. The third is more of a small storage room with bunk beds, but that worked perfectly for my kids. The kitchen is small but has the necessities. I would definitely use this VRBO again. A very comfortable apartment in a lovely part of the city.

Clean roomy apartment located on a lovely block with lots of great restaurants and convenience nearby

This was an excellent find in a great location. Many good restaurants in walking distance. It was a 5 minute walk to the subway and many bus options as well. We stayed here with our little boy, and our good friends who also had a child. The place was very comfortable for all of us, and had everything we needed there. We all actually forgot bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), but were pleasantly surprised that that was provided. The renters were very easy to get in touch with, and also helped us to get keys back that were left in the unit. I would recommend this place, and would also be happy to stay here again.
