We enjoyed a weeklong relaxing stay in this clean home. Hot tub was clean and ready to go. Lots of Space for eating in the kitchen and space for sitting in the living room with our group. The beds were even moderately comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was as-listed, and no issues during our stay. Steep terrain to/from, as with many properties in Gatlinburg. Great host and communication.

Tricky ride up the mountain, but made it several times. Was overall happy with the property except the kitchen could use a deep cleaning. New appliances and carpet was very nice. Also, Need a bear safe outdoors garbage place. Its too long to leave garbage inside a house everytime its rented for weeks at a time.

The house was nice for our getaway, kitchen adequately stocked and bedrooms and beds comfy. The carpet really needs replaced or at least deep cleaned; we were not comfortable walking around barefoot. The owner was quick to respond to us and overall we enjoyed the stay. Do be prepared for the drive up the mountain! Very twisty and narrow in spots. We drove an Escalade so meeting someone on the road was a bit nerve racking but we made it!

We arrived late in the day and opened the door to a terrible smell. Older home so we assumed it was just musty. The next day we realized the unit was filthy with grease and food all over the dishes/cabinets. The floors were not cleaned evident by black spots w/foot traffic showing. The carpeting has huge stains. The beds were clean and somewhat comfortable although they supplied disposable pillows. I would imagine that may be common. Bring your own if you can.
I did not read the contract as we had a hectic schedule until I arrived home. I contacted Diamond Mountain Rentals and asked for a refund for the cleaning fee and was denied due to the 24 hour clause. That's my fault. I hope they clean this unit before they rent it again. I won't be using this company in the future.

The booking and checkin process was super simple. The drive up there was a bit treacherous but it's a winding mountain road so that is to be expected. The views from the house were gorgeous and the location was perfect. I wish we had spent more time there to enjoy the setting with some coffee and sit on the front porch. The WiFi was also great. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

My family and I (8 adults and 2 kiddos) had an amazing and memorable time at La Casa De la Cima. The house has everything you need to feel at home. It is clean, roomy, has all kitchen essentials and a laundry facility. There's a bunch of chairs in the front porch to commiserate while BBQ-ing, three large sofas for movie nights, and two large dining room tables to eat meals or do game night. These were important to us to feel happy and comfortable. A few of my family members enjoyed the hot tub too. The house is close to all the attractions surrounding the Smokies. You will not be bored around this beautiful landscape, there is so much to do. Thank you to the team at Diamond Rentals as well as the owners. We really appreciate your hospitality!

Property as described. Getting to the property was a little nerve wrecking if you don't drive in mountains often. But by the end of our stay, we were getting used to it.
