House was very clean and up to date. Plenty of room for six adults and plenty of amenities to make the stay enjoyable. Good view of Granbury Lake from second floor.

Had questions about where to eat, host was on it. House was spotless. Arrived in a hailstorm and needed help getting door open, host was on it.

The house was spacious, clean and attractive. The parking is an issue for more than 2 cars and the driveway very steep. We were 72 to 86 year olds so the stairs were very challenging. Other than that we had a great time. The lady that managed the home was vary a available and helpful.

Our family members from Georgia and friends from Fort Worth enjoyed our stay in Granbury. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion is a new skillet. The property manager was amazing and responded promptly.

It was a great and clean house and close to where we wanted a relaxing staycation. Nice and close to Fossil Rim also. Plenty of space for all.

It ended up being very rainy during our stay over spring break. The house had lots of puzzles and games ready to go to keep our kids entertained plus the TVs had all the apps so they could watch Disney plus while we waited out the storm.

We used this rental for one last weekend with our daughter before college move in at Tarleton. It was very nice and well stocked. We will definitely remember this for the future.

This house was convenient to the downtown square and good dining. Very clean property in a quiet neighborhood. It also had all the amenities needed for our stay and the extra outdoor seating was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Spend a ladies weekend here! This home is very clean, very close to Granbury Square, beds are comfy and we loved the open concept kitchen, family room and dining area.
Nice outdoor seating area. We couldn't use just because its June and too hot right now, but would be very enjoyable in fall or spring.

We highly enjoyed our Thanksgiving spent here. The home offered everything we needed for our group of 8. We appreciated the hospitality of the host family and their beautiful home.

The house was clean and cozy and perfect for children and adults alike. Plenty of space to spread out but also plenty of space to be together. Ample bedding for all our needs, and the beds themselves were so comfortable! The view of the lake off the balcony was beautiful! We have small children, so I like that this home has lake vibes and views, but isn't right on the water. I could relax knowing that my children couldn't accidently fall in while playing in the yard. The balcony and railings also were very safe for children.

This was the perfect spot for a getaway weekend for four adult women (family members). We found the area quiet, with lovely views of lake from the top floor. The house was so clean upon our arrival. Communication was perfect. Just a short drive to the lake or historic Granbury. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the property and hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a great time. After site seeing and fun we had a great place to crash and relax. Very roomy and a quiet neighborhood. If we go back to the area we know what house to look for while there.

We really wanted to have our thanksgiving family dinner here and weren’t allowed to-we were bummed about that. They would have all been there with us for dinner inside and out on the patio. The house was spotless and beautiful!!!

Awesome Home
Everything about the house was fantastic. Enough space, enough beds, enough patio. Second floor view was nice with a night drink or early morning coffee. Location was close to town or stores if needed
A few suggestions, get an economical fire pit for family night hang outs. Maybe consider an earlier check in since departure is by 10am. Improve email communication when guest have a question prior to arrival.
