The home was clean, and we loved having a pool as well as the amenities of the clubhouse. There was a small community pool, playground, and soccer field just down the road which we used almost daily. Overall, this home suited our needs, but was not equipped for it's capacity. Our large group (25 people), had plenty of sleeping space and enough bathrooms, but the house was lacking in basic equipment. The main couch was incredibly comfortable (where can I buy one of those? It was amazing!) Our group wanted to leave a detailed review, so others would know what to expect and prepare for. If you plan to do any cooking, be prepared to bring your own equipment or to buy (on a positive note, we did enjoy having target VERY close for all those trips to buy things like cookie sheets or a mixing bowl). The house had plenty of plates and cups, but very little for cooking/serving food (also, weird bowls, they are flat and wouldn't even work for cereal). The cooking items that were there would have been sufficient for 4 people, not 25. If you're planning to be at theme parks all day, this may not be a problem for you, but it was for us because we planned on cooking all our meals at the house. Basic items like toaster, coffee pot, blender worked great. The house certainly has a lot of wear and tear as well as missing items. Most of the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, dressers were broken, several bathroom locks were broken (it was a bit awkward at times and several people were walked in on), remotes without batteries, top rack of the dishwasher was broken and removed (we were glad we packed paper dishes. it would have been irritating to have to hand wash so much with a half-functional dishwasher), broken tv's, the back door/lock was bent and VERY difficult to lock, window shade on the door was broken in the master bathroom right by the toilet. Tables were chipped, couches had marker, countertop was cracked, pool table had missing pockets, duvet covers without duvets, no broom. There were no lounge chairs by the pool. Only one towel per person, and very few hand towels and kitchen towels. You get the idea. This house met our needs and If there were no other options to fit us all, we would stay here again. If there were other options, we would stay somewhere else. It wasn't disgusting but it also was not as the pictures presented and we had to buy a lot of things to get us through the week.In the end, our group was just happy to be together.

I’m going to keep it short and simple pros and cons Pro: it’s spacious, the beds are comfortable, it was10-15 mins to Disney, it’s close to a lot of places they have a Target right outside the gates. Beautiful decorations in the rooms. Cons: - getting inside the gates was a pain in the butt you have to hit the call button like 4 times for someone to let you in. -the house Furniture were quit dirty. -the pool table is missing balls the ping pong table is missing the paddles the air hockey machine air doesn’t glide the thing, and the foosball table didn’t have the ball. The television will go out and show the input screen in grey and white like if the tv is dying. -the walls all need a new paint job they are all dirty. The kitchen table chairs need to get the screws tighten -the bathroom shades in the bathroom door that goes out the to the pool is missing a pieces so you can see everything Inside. -the pool has mold around the edge of the pool. -pool chair was broken and moldy -the fans and the vents need to be cleaned -the couches are comfy but really low need to be cleaned -carpet needs tlc -u

Great location, home could have been cleaner, no heat to hot tub the whole week (hubby's only ask). Home was minutes to every park Disney, Sea World, Gator park entrances. Regular mail doesn't not deliver there, only Amazon did. Wierd. Great cookouts, nice pool. Rooms are very spacious. Comfy beds. Family had a great time. There were 20 ppl total, we did not feel cramped at all. I would stay there again as long as they fix the hot tub!
