Great value for money, house was clean, spacious and well equipped. Great central location in a quiet neighbourhood. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay there again.

Location was perfect for our stay on the island. The house was truly a home away from home, having everything you would require. Communication was fabulous with Matthew; he was very prompt at replying. Would highly recommend.

The location was very quiet which we loved. It was a fair walk to the beach and to the town centre though. The house was clean and comfy so if we were stuck indoors due to weather it was still nice.

From booking to leaving we couldn't have been happier with our choice for 4 nights, in fact we wish it had been longer, there is so much in Phillip Island to do but we were there for the MotoGP. The property details and pictures on Vrbo were accurate, it's a really well designed, modern house. The spacious, well equipped kitchen was great, in particular the fridge which had a special shelf for beer (not seen that it the UK). Everyday essentials such as washing up liquid and tea towels were included. It was lovely to relax in the living area with the kitchen though there was a more formal room available too, this could be useful for a larger family. The bed we used was comfortable and the showers great. We appreciated the laundry too. Matt was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions for our arrival. The location, a couple of km from the centre of Cowes, was very quiet and near a bit of wetland so quite a few birds around 😀 Having use of the garage was an unexpected bonus. My only negative was a lack of WiFi however phone reception was good so we survived. It clearly stated on the property details that there wasn't any WiFi so that was my bad. Hopefully we'll return to Phillip Island and if so we'll certainly see if we can rebook

We had a lovely Easter break and the weather was beautiful. We were prepared for Phillip Island's famous chill and wind, but instead with greeted with warm weather and beautiful sunshine. The house was modern with all the basic requirements. A comfortable stay. Thank you for having us.
