We were in town to visit family living in Santa Clara area. Perfect location for us. The house was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and spacious. Loved the farmhouse decor. Communication and instructions were clear. This is top of our list for our visits to Eugene.

I came to Eugene for an extended weekend with my spouse and our dog. My father-in-law, our son, his girlfriend and their dog joined us at varying points over the weekend. I was able to work comfortably from the desk on Thursday and Friday. There was plenty of room for people to spread out and enjoy their space. We had a great time in the house. It was very clean and comfortable, the communication was great, and I can't believe how well I slept! There were a few games like Uno, Jenga, and Monopoly. There is also a grill and a fire pit under the covered porch (propane provided for the grill but you bring your own firewood for the fire pit). We found everything reasonably expected (as long as you're not looking for something like an instapot it's all there). The home is located in a quiet community and the back fence borders a quiet neighborhood park. There is a grocery store and pharmacy nearby and the property was within about 10-15 minutes drive of just about anything else in Eugene. It was nice to be able to come back to the quiet home at the end of the day and not have to worry about any disruptions.

Communication was speedy, the house was very clean, well appointed, stocked with all of the essentials and more, and super comfy! This will definitely be our go-to place when visiting Eugene!

Overall a very nice property though the master bathroom is not adult male friendly as the hallway bath. The four of us are well over 60 and the furniture in the living room and the room of the kitchen. As I said overall very nice.

I worked from here while visiting my parents who Live nearby. Great WFH spot!

My friends and I like to get away for a long weekend of sewing, gabbing, laughing, eating and watching movies. The dining table was nice and long and awesome for our needs. Very nice house. Quiet neighborhood. The snacks and coffee pods for the coffee maker were a very nice touch. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

The house is wonderful for families! It had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. We loved the fire pit and had fun making s’mores ! We made wonderful family memories! Thank you

This home was an incredible place to stay while we were visiting. It was an incredibly spacious layout and aloud me to conduct the work I needed to while my family could sleep in and enjoy the front room and patio. The kitchen was great and well stocked and we had everything we needed while we were there! Such a great spot and one we will certainly book next time we are in town!

My adult son is graduating from college and has accepted a position with a company located in Eugene. He and I needed a place to stay for a few days that was close to the airport, clean and conveniently located to other attractions. The house was as advertised in the listing. Everything was very clean, except for the bedroom carpeting. It appeared that pets were allowed to stay in this property at one time. I would recommend new carpeting for the master bedroom. Other than that one minor issue, the house was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Eugene or Junction City, OR.

We had previously stayed in this lovely home. We had a change of plans and was able to stay here again on a short notice. They were very accommodating to our change in plans. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds are very comfy, nice linens and towels. Kitchen is well stocked which made cooking easy. Nice fenced in backyard and secure for a small dog. Would highly recommend and will stay here again if our travels take us to Eugene.

My family of 5 really enjoyed the house and all of it’s space. The living areas were open and had plenty of seating for games, tv, and reading. Property was well kept and agent was very responsive for any communication needs too.

We were a group of friends in Eugene to see one of the college plays and this house was perfect. It is in a quiet, clean neighborhood and the communication with management was good. The house is laid out perfectly for groups with three rooms that are sperate spaces but all flow into one large space. The fenced backyard was private and fun to sit around the firepit with a glass of wine. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the linens and towels were excellent quality. The house is decorated tastefully but not cluttered so there was room on shelves/counters for our things. There is garage parking for 2 cars and also space for 2 more cars in the driveway. We had a few friends come over for dinner and they all wished they had booked a place like this house! It was a 15 minute drive to U of O campus to see a play and also about a 15 min drive to the beautiful River Walk at Alton Park. I would definitely recommend this house for almost anyone!

This is a GREAT home away from home! Everything was so well put together. Plenty of space with the extra living room with a fireplace, and location was ideal. Would absolutely return in the future!
