The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

One caveat: a 103 room hotel is under construction directly to the north. We are told that the hotel will be 3 stories and not obstruct the view of the Bay from this 4th story unit, but will definitely have an impact. That said, we enjoyed watching the earth work below our balcony! Sanctuary Rentals is very responsive and responsible and the owner was very understanding of our plight when the power in the entire peninsula went out due to an extreme weather event.

All anyone needs to know about our satisfaction with Of Mice and Men is that we have booked the unit for 2024! The bay view is incomparable. The unit is very clean and well organized. We stored our bikes in the generous, wide entry hallway and easily transported them by elevator to the street level. Would have been nice to know that there is a fitness room off the garage earlier - we were given a key after finding out about it near the end of our stay.

We’ve previously stayed with Sanctuary rentals and knew that we could expect great service. This condo far exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly located, had incredible views, and was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our month-long stay. We will definitely be back!

We booked Of Mice and Men so our daughter and family from Hanoi, including 4 grandchildren could be close and experience our life and the best of the Monterey Peninsula. It was everything we hoped for and more.

WOW, I have some of the most amazing pictures from this property, sunsets and sunrises and moon rises, and the beautiful Monterey Bay! 1/4 mile walk to the best local beach, especially for kids. And the restaurants in the area right across the street are fabulous.
