What a beautiful place! Decorating was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay over the weekend. The condo is in an amazing location, right downtown. It has a single car garage that was perfect for our bikes and clubs. Easy to find and they had a great little dolly in the garage to help bring the bags up. We biked into Banff on Saturday, half of us rented e-bikes from in town and worked great for the group. Had sushi for lunch and checked out downtown banff in afternoon. We biked back and had a great steak dinner at Murietta’s that’s just down the street from the condo. There was a great little pub beside the condo that had live music when we came back from dinner. Great experience and great location. We packed up on Sunday and hit the course before returning to Calgary. We only had 1 minor issue during our stay where the coffee maker wasn’t working. They had a French press so we were able to make coffee on the first day and we contacted the property manager who had a new coffee maker dropped off before we got back from banff that afternoon. Excellent customer service response, they were prompt and professional. The property manager was great with reaching out with details of the stay and answered any questions we had before the trip as well. Overall we will definitely be returning again, great condo, great location, awesome weekend with the guys.

This condo is walking distance to all shops and restaurants in Canmore. Very very easy!!! Very clean and large space !!

Very nice accommodations. Enough room for everyone. There were 8 of us. Enjoyed the stay.

Location was great. More beds than we ended up needing. Kitchen has all the silverware, utensils that we needed and then some. Having laundry machines was great since we were able to travel lighter. Email responses were fairly quick. Would definitely look to staying there again if we returned to the Banff area in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to Canmore and Banff! The house is beautifully maintained and hosts had thoughtfully included all the things one might need to enjoy a vacation soaking in the nature around you. Thank you!

Perfect place for a family of 6 visiting during summer. Fully equipped, located within a short drive from all major attractions. Our unit was ready way before our checking time. Definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with the pre arrival process however, on arrival, the garage door would not open The emergency contact number required 4 attempts and only when I dialed the number indicating I was an owner, did I get a response The issue was rectified but subsequently I kept receiving emails suggesting that I had emotionally damaged the staff...seriously??? I have suggested that the manager review their emergency response processes .

Everything was perfect - plenty of space for our 2 families, and very nice decor to make for a fun and comfortable stay. Large table for all of us and plenty of room for the 7 of us to all be in the living room together. All property notes were well written and easy to follow. Rockies Rental was exceptional with a special request we needed. Short walk to bagel shop, next-door tavern, and shopping. Gorgeous view out balcony.

The Mistaya is an amazing condo in the heart of Canmore. Plenty of room for three couples or the extended family. Well equipped kitchen and comfy living room. Superb views of the Three Sisters. We will definitely be back.

The property was amazing! It was exactly as the photos and descriptions promised. Instructions for accessing the condo were clear and helpful. The location was amazing for walking around Canmore. It slept the 7 of us perfectly. The kitchen was very well stocked - including all new appliances! Would highly recommend and will certainly consider re-booking for our next Canmore adventure!

Stayed at this property with two couples for 5 night. Wonderful location in the heart of "old" Canmore where all the best-rated restaurants, coffee shops, and galleries are within 2-3 blocks walk. Same for the Policeman Creek boardwalk/trail. Home was well appointed, beds were comfy, and the views from the balcony of the Three Sisters was sublime at sunrise and sunset. The staff was very accommodating when the battery to the entry keypad needed changing, and check in went perfectly. Only slight challenge is the fact that there is only one elevator security key to allow one to access the floor of the flat, but that is not the fault of the owners; the condo association will not allow copies to be made. So some planning to work around if multiple couples/families are traveling together. Garage parking is included, but our Suburban was too wide to fit, so plan for that (one can still park on the little driveway in front of the garage door, but in winter would be chilly). All in all, a truly wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Canmore!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mistaya suite. The location was very central, easy to walk to restaurants, stores. Canmore is a cute town. It was also a short drive to Banff. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved Canmore. Banff felt hyper-commercialized like Disney World, but Canmore was a wonderful, laid back neighborhood vibe. As for the unit, there were some pluses and minuses. I’m only leaving a review for the parts I experienced. Good: The location - A block away from the heart of Canmore. Super easy access to plenty of great restaurants and shops. The shared space - Very comfortable living area for 3 couples. Big table makes it easy to gather, comfy seats and couch. Nice decor. In-unit laundry - Nice to be able to refresh during a trip. Reasonably accessible location - We had someone with limited mobility and they were able to access the unit decently well. It might be a bit more challenging for someone who requires larger equipment. The garage is barely wide enough for a vehicle and the approach to the side door is either stairs or a path with a few narrow points. Sharp knives - In my eyes, if a rental has reasonably sharp knives, they’re usually paying attention to the other details too. Bad: Keys - There is only one key for the unit and it is required to get onto the residential level of the building. Good for security, but a bit challenging for splitting into groups with different times coming and going. Pillows - The pillows were all fairly overstuffed and kind of firm. If that’s your preference, you’ll be in heaven cause there’s plenty of them. The pillows didn’t ruin my sleep, but it didn’t make going to sleep very easy for me while trying to find a comfortable position. My suggestion would be to have a softer or less filled option alongside the current pillow, similar to how most hotels do it these days. I always appreciate that choice when given. Noise - The tavern next door is a fun place for food and drink, but can be a bit loud late night, at least on Saturday. There was a DJ pumping some bass heavy music pretty late which was disrupting people in both the non-master rooms. Not ridiculously loud, but you could clearly hear some thumping as it’s one wall away. Outlets in the bunk room - We we’re staying in the room with the bunks and while there are some nice shelves next to the bed where you can set a phone, we found only one accessible outlet in the room near the foot of the bed, which makes charging electronics more difficult. Overall, a great experience with just a few things that could make it better in my mind. I would absolutely consider staying again if I was headed back to the Canmore/Banff area.

For being 1 block of main street it was very quiet! Great views of the mountains.

This is a great suite for a family, especially with kids. They will love the bunk bed room! The garage and parking situation were great too given the downtown location. 10/10 experience! Thanks so much for hosting my family. This trip was special for us. The suite and amazing decor, an awesome room for the kids with the bunks built in and a really nice open area for spending time as a family. We were extremely impressed! We would love to come back this summer and stay in this or another similar suite. We will be recommending it to family + friends!
