Met my sister and her husband visiting from New England. Having the common areas was great for us to visit. Everything was just as expected. Clean and in good repair.. Convenient location. I would book again.

The house was very nice and super clean! It had everything we needed to feel at home and be comfortable! Location was super convenient and fun! The owners did a great job communicating and making us feel welcome.

Only about a 5 minute drive to the square. Very clean, comfortable, and easy to communicate with the owners! Would most definitely stay here again!

Great place, as the title indicates, minutes from downtown by foot, maybe a minute by bike and by car, who cares, walk or ride, it’s so close. House was clean, stocked with necessities and ready early. There isn’t much more one can hope for when getting a place. Beds were, reportedly as I only slept in one, comfortable. I would book again, and whenever I plan my next trip to Bentonville, will certainly check to see if the property has availability. The management team for the house was great. We enjoyed our stay, I’m sure you will too.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this home near Bentonville Square. It was within walking distance of so many great shops and activities, including the Saturday farmers market and 8th Street Market (including Bike Rack Brewing). Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away, including the Crystal Bridges art museum and the Amazeum. We were traveling with a 4-yo and a 1.5-yo and were really impressed with how kid-friendly this house was for our needs. It included a changing table, travel crib, toddler plates/utensils and sippy cups, a step stool for the bathroom, and a kids potty seat. The big grassy backyard was a plus! We brought our own bubbles and sidewalk chalk and had a blast running around outside.

We loved visiting Bentonville and we loved this house! It was clean, perfect location and had a good sized backyard for my kiddos to run around in. We will be back. Thanks for the wonderful home away from home.

Needed a place that could accommodate my boys and our dogs. Awesome location and rental unit. Clean with nice fenced yard and shed to store our bikes. Will return again!
