Downstairs outdoor furniture were dirty to where we decided to not use it and some furniture were not able to use.

This property was perfect for our family and friends. We gathered to celebrate a graduation. Comfortably slept all 18 of my family with two beds to spare! Highly recommended!!!

A group of family spent time together at The Ledges to celebrate a 60th birthday. The Ledges was the perfect location for those who wanted to play golf, those who wanted to hike at nearby State and National Parks and close to Saint George for shopping and activities. The house was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball and easy access to the trail.

The home was beautiful and spacious. Everything felt brand new. We were right across from the swimming pool and could hangout on the outdoor patio all together at night and play cards. Brunch at The Ledges Restaurant on Sunday was delicious!! We should have eaten there more throughout our stay.We will definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We rented e-bikes and enjoyed the trails close by.I highly recommend staying here.

The experience was all good except for one issue. The lounge chairs at the pool were not only very uncomfortable but dangerous. The design makes it possible, and very likely for users to fall to the ground and the chair land on top of them. I experience this myself when sitting on the edge near the foot of the chair I went directly to the ground with the backrest hitting me in the heard. I witnessed a similar incident with an elderly man holding a new born baby. He fell to the ground, flipping the chair on top of him and the baby. Fortunately all were ok except for the man's back. He complained of pain in his back. These were the only chairs available at the pool and should be replaced before serious injuries occur.

I will be back this is a great place very clean and good size. Love everything about it. Will definitely stay there again if it’s available. I love the location.

We loved this spacious home! It was clean and beautiful. I just wanted to report that one of the dining chairs was broken. The back pad wasn’t connected to the chair and was just placed on the chair. It was like that the day we arrived so it was damaged before we arrived. We loved the rooms, and having the pool right across the street was awesome! Easy access and very clean

We had plenty of room despite having a large group (18). The beds were amazing! The pool was perfect for our group (we had older teenagers down to toddlers with us)! They do a great job catering to the vacation rental traveler. Every detail was thought of. We really appreciated all the towels as well as the laundry detergent that was included. Honestly, this place was cheap but I still felt like it was a great value. I really hope we can go back again in the near future!
