Clean 3-bedroom condo. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Poolside.

Good size for our family and having two full baths and one half was key with teenagers. Plenty of living and dining space as well. Great location close to the beach, pier, and all the good restaurants.

This was a very nice condo. Nicely decorated, clean, spacious, big patio, good kitchen with TONS AND TONS of dishes, pans, pots, utensils, etc. The only thing they didn't have was a collection of herbs and spices! Bathrooms were nice, and the master bath is huge. Smart TVs in every room. Easily walkable to several ice cream shops, bars & restaurants, souvenir shops, and THE BEACH! From the door of the unit to the sand is about 3 minutes at a normal pace. So nice. When you book, they send you videos of exactly what you'll see as you arrive, how to get through the gates, where to park, which elevator/stairwell to take, punching in door codes, the works! This was definitely the most confident I've felt arriving at a new place as it felt like I had already been there from the videos they send. We were there at the end of March, so the pool was quite cold, but the hot tub was nice. The heated pool down on Silver St. (walkable) is very warm and there are lots of loungers, chairs, bathrooms, etc. It's a small pool area, however, so it got busy quickly. Still didn't have any trouble finding loungers together. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 1.5 to 11. If there is a noisy area of Tybee Island, this sure isn't it! It was nice and quiet the whole time we were there.

Everything was perfect. The only complaint is the parking spaces are super small if you have a larger vehicle you can’t fit in the spaces provided. The rooms had the perfect set up and everything else was great.

The property was as advertised. Excellent location. Would stay there again.

We came for a sister’s wedding. The location was perfect. Walking distance to anything we needed. Access to the complex’s pool. Xondo as described.

It was everything it was said to be. It was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. Hot tub and pool was a great bonus. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed the property and proximity to restaurants and shops. The Heated Pool was great even though it was a bit of a walk. Only thing I would have changed was the weather and the Sand Gnats, both of which were tolerable with a little planning.

This property is everything it's advertised to be & more! Everything was clean & well kept . Very short walk to the beach. Once we parked our vehicle, we never had to get in it again for anything. Shopping, food, convenient store ,everything is within walking distance. We absolutely loved it. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need. I should also mention this is a very roomy unit. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay was great. The condo was awesome. The staff at Southern Belle were very attentive. I love it.

Condo was great, definitely lived up to expectations. Plenty of room for my family of five. Having kitchen utensils included was a great plus. The only negative I can think of, is the noise from kids playing in the pool, since the pool is right outside your deck. But if that's not a problem for you, then this rental is perfect.

The property management company didin't inform us that the pool was scheduled for routine maintenance until it was too late to cance. Plus they never notified me with the combination to get into the property until I called and complained. The condo itself was great and the location was excellent with proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Clean, spacious and so close to the beach. We would happily stay here again! My sister stayed at another Southern Belle property and I would say she felt the same way.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Short walk to the beach, shops and great restaurants. You will need to remember 3 + codes to get access to the parking lot, condo and gate access coming from the beach. I text the codes to everyone in our party and that made things a lot easier.

We loved staying here. We were pool side so we could sit on the balcony and watch the kids in The pool. We didn't have a beach view unfortunately but it was a 2 minute walk to the beach access. Would definitely stay her agian.

The location was very convenient with everything that we needed within walking distance. The only thing we needed our car for was to explore Savannah. We would highly recommend it.

This property was excellent. It was steps from the beach, food and anything else you may need. It was close to everything but private and quiet at the same time. The location could not have been better. We will definitely stay here again.

Property is right next to downtown tybee with easy access to the beach. The pool was perfect for the kids and nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch them. Would definitely stay again.

Easy walk to the beach and restaurants

Really good experience overall. The response time from management was great. We loved the location to the ocean and restaurants. It made our stay with young children very convenient. We would definitely return to Tybee!

The place was very nice and close to the pier.

Brass Rail 112 was awesome. Clean, well stocked kitchen, good beds, lots of room, close to the beach and some restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Covered parking. Would book again.

The house was clean and spacious . We were right next to the beach and walking distance to restaurants bars and stores. Did not use my car all weekend. I'm planning to go back in July !

It was listed as heated pool which wasn’t working before we got here and never worked, we should have been notified beforehand.. Dryer didn’t work and laundry service came less than an hour before checkout, so we were behind and the jeans were still wet. As well clothing was missing and almost a week later, I get a call that they are finally located. There was missing blinds so the neighbors were constantly watching us at night, the water ran really slow and the dishwasher didn’t work properly. The housekeeping and maintenance were friendly but the main reason for coming was the heated pool. There for 9 days and couldn’t wash dishes properly, being watched from across the way and those at the pool at night, not being able to wash sheets regularly was not pleasant. But had those things been fixed or told to me ahead of time could have made a change.

Excellent location of condo. Within walking distance of many restaurants and a hope and skip to the beach. Savannah is a quick drive. Condo was in great shape with every amenity we could want and need. Would recommend this property and will definitely be back!
