This villa is excellent and absolutely surpassed its website description. The owners, whom were very nice people to deal with all the way through the booking process are clearly very modest in that they could really have gone overboard on the villas description and I don't think anybody could or would complain, both the villa and its location are simply priceless. The villa is large, spacious and very roomy in all areas, very very comfy and is equipped with all possible home comforts. The pool is just fab and so is the hot-tub. The views over the sea and mountains is mind boggling and you literally have to drag yourself away. The whole place is so peaceful and private yet so close to all of the shops, etc. This is deffo top of my favorite list and so glad to have found it.

We had a couple of issues mainly that the toilet wouldn’t flush and the hot tub wasn’t clean, instead of sending someone to assist we were told to leave the Villa day 2, we also had to pay a damage security deposit direct and now they ignoring emails. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Villa was excellent, roomy, comfortable and had all the necessities. Pool was great as was the hot tub. Location was convenient. Walked down to everywhere and took taxis back which only cost around 3euros. Were not overlooked at all. Will be returning.

Prior to our 1 week break, the communication with the owners was excellent. On entering the property, it was as described and very clean. The location and proximity to the old town harbour was excellent with lots of choice of restaurants. The bed was comfy and it was a very peaceful location with no noise. I think the only negative point would be the heating/AC, which was an additional cost and it's not clear how much it would cost to use per hour especially with prices changing, the additional cost would be taken out of the security deposit, we never used the oven or washing machine so cannot comment on these. Water pressure for the shower was good with plenty of hot water. The local agent was very accommodating on our last day and let us stay in the property until the taxi pick up at 1230pm which was really appreciated. The security deposit was returned 2 days after arriving home, thank you. We would return to the property again if going back to Old Town Puerto Del Carmen, but would like clearer pricing on using the heating and Air Conditioning.

Property was fine not as luxurious as advertised. Do not make any complaints, you will get a terrible reply from the owner. I sent this message, Hi Shirley, we are now at your villa but have a few problems. We can only get a few channels on the lounge tv, cannot access films, keeps saying wrong code even on hd. The tv doesn't work in the bedroom, my husband like to watch tv. I have been in touch with chris asking would it be possible to open another bedroom because my husband snores. Chris replied saying it would be 300 euros, i have replied to him to say that i read in one of the reviews that there wouldn't be a charge. Non of the radio's work. Just a few slight problems, overall the villa is perfect. This was Shirleys reply, Don't know who you are talking to. I am more than aware of your complaints, indeed you have made almost an art form out of them, talk about a pain in the hole. My Reply, You don't need to be so rude, i am most upset. If you advertise your services they should be avilable, that's what we have pain for. All the problems shoud be rectified for our arrival. I was only quoting from the review about reporting any problems we have while we are her and not waiting till we get home. To say in the review the there wouldn't be an issue to open another bedroom with no charge, then to say 300 euro, doesn't seem fair. We have been renting our villa for many years, we recognize exactly what your game is, complain complain complain until worn down with listening to you we offer you the goodwill jester as you call it. sorry pal , pay for it or don't get it, simple as,I'm tired of listening to your s--te. we also know just what to expect when weather is bad, people have nothing else on their minds but to complain. Just to clarify , you being upset means nothing to me, you are clearly a person well used to complaining and throwing this type of s--te around. So here's hoping that this upsets you a lot more, you deserve it. My Reply, What a horrible person you are. We have only complained about the tv's. You clearly have no respect for to guests, to reply with such comments. We are not one's to complain but expect things to work, i understand about the signal but what about the tv in the bedroom.
