Property was very nice. Very peaceful. Not too far from Nashville which is where we wanted to explore. We also made the drive to Memphis to see Graceland while we were here. If you stay and like history, i suggest Cannonsburgh Village. It is free to tour and it is a very neat village to explore. The hosts are amazing.

This was an amazing rental property in a great location. Fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Very clean house with a wonderful secured backyard. The property owners were amazing throughout the entire rental process

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years and this is among the best we have stayed in. It truly felt like a home away from home. It's located in a safe location and has all the creature comforts you would look for when choosing an VRBO. There was easy access to anything you might want to do. Would highly recommend this house.

We were in Murfreesboro for a wedding and this property was great! East access to surrounding areas, stores, etc. The property was clean and had all items we needed. The fenced in area was great for our dog—even a little Yorkie is safely enclosed behind the gate.

Loved the unique charm of the house & the securely fenced yard was very convenient for my dogs. Within walking distance of square with multiple dining options. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

We stayed for 2 weeks, with 2 adult kids and 2 dogs. The fenced in property was great for the dogs! House is a few blocks from the square, easy walk to restaurants and the farmers market on Saturday (not to be missed!). Owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the air conditioning, and a repairman fixed it right away. Highly recommend! We would stay there again.

The property was perfect. I was there for my Grand daughter, and Grand son's graduation. The house was very homey and perfect. I had my Grand son stay with me a couple nights, so it was nice that he had an upstairs bedroom for himself. I liked the ability to walk to the square, and did so every day. Also, the outdoor space was very nice to sit out either on the front or back porch. Enjoyed grilling hamburgers with my family after graduation.

Beautiful house, really enjoyed our stay however it had to be extended due to a death and we couldn't get in touch with our host . After numerous tries we ended up having to move to another vrbo listing

My family and I were there to watch my son play in the spring football game at MTSU. It was a great location, close to MTSU, close to his home and close to the square. It suited our needs and provided enough space for us 4 and there was even enough room for him and his girlfriend to come visit and have a home-cooked meal with us. Easy check in/out, pretty clean. We will most likely stay again!

The house is within walking distance to downtown Murfreesboro which we did several nights with our grandkids to get ice cream. There are a lot of nice touches throughout the house and it has modern elements and is clean. Followup with the owner was great and she was very responsive. Good value for the price...

The house was great location as my daughter was getting married in Woodbury and it was beautiful to use for pictures and staging area for the wedding. The host was also very quick with a concern about the air they came out to check the concern.

We traveled with a group of 11 adults for the Nashville Dance Fest, and this place was perfect! It had a great kitchen and common area. We were worried it wouldn’t have enough

When we choose a property, we try to identify a nice neighborhood for walking our dog, as well as the property itself. Although this house was more than we needed, what we could tell of the neighborhood influenced our decision. The house and the neighborhood did not disappoint. As mentioned in another post, they could use another half dozen wash cloths, but otherwise everything was provided that we needed. We walked the 6 blocks to the Farmer's Market Saturday morning as it is centrally located.
Communication with the host was prompt. Check in/out easy. FYI - the keypad is on the side door off the driveway.

Very clean and comfortable house for our group (4 people). We were attending a wedding in town, and it was perfect for that. Had a bit of a snag with Vrbo making the final payment, but the owner was understanding and we worked it all out in the end. Appreciated the communication with the owner while dealing with it.

Neighborhood was not very pretty but it was conveniently located to the town. Nice kitchen. Could have used more paper towels/ tp/ napkins. Gate to driveway was a bit cumbersome. Beds very comfortable!

Great base for our family when we went to a wedding nearby

Everything was very comfortable and lots if cool antiques. Would suggest bleaching the towels as there were lots of make-up stains which left a feeling of unclean towels. There was also no dish clothes and only two face washcloths. But aside from those small inconveniences the stay was nice.

Exceeded my expectations
The house is cute and historic but very nicely updated. Side porch with gated driveway created an enclosed area where our family could all hang out with no worry about a dog or kid wandering off. The house had everything we needed and more! The essential oils and fancy soap products are an unexpected bonus. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Walking distance to downtown. I look forward to coming back!
