This house is everything! Centrally located and so quick to get to the Heights, Montrose, Midtown, downtown, and a ton of amazing restaurants and bars. We felt super safe and cozy. The house is thoughtfully decorated with great amenities and everything we could want to feel right at home. It was sparkling clean, too! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had the best trip and this property was perfect for my husband and I and our two young boys. The decor was so beautiful and it had everything we needed. Shipley’s donuts was less than a mi away which was perfect for the kiddos. Hunter recommended a Mexican restaurant close by that was fantastic. We were 15-20 min away from all the attractions we planned to do. They have a cafe two doors down that we ate at as well which was so convenient and quaint! We will be back!

Excellent location, particularly for our needs. Plenty of restaurants near by, and close to shopping. Lovely, spacious home and very comfortable. It was just my husband and I, but it's a two bedroom, so you can comfortably fit more people.

Wonderfuly laid out and decorated home, firm mattresses, clean and well stocked. We did have an issue with more than half of the burners not working on the stove. Along with the thermostat adjusting at random hours UP, which is not good given the heat outside.
All in all, I would highly reccomend!

Beautiful property with top class furnishings! Clearly shows a lot of thought went into the property along with the high quality furnishings! Location is also fantastic easy access to I-10 and within 20 mins to all major Houston areas.

The home was welcoming in every aspect. The furnishings and art work were lovely, the kitchen easy to navigate and stocked with all the gadgets needed to simplify meal preparation. The rooms were spacious and no detail was overlooked to provide a sense of home.

This house is even better than the pictures show. It is perfectly decorated, very comfortable and was spotless. The owner was great to work with, very helpful. We would love to stay again!

The house is sparking clean and so well-appointed. The location was perfect for us, with a great little restaurant just a couple of doors down (no noise though--you'd never know). This is definitely our go-to place to stay in Houston going forward. Thank you, Hunter!

What a fabulous place to stay in Houston! We especially enjoyed the glider on the porch, the spacious living room and bedrooms with plenty of pillows and blankets, and the great location close to Memorial Park, grocery store, the neighborhood bar/restaurant, and easy access to the freeway without having to hear the freeway. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The house was absolutely stunning. We loved everything about the house. Finishes were top notch and very comfortable. The location was great. Very close to restaurants and easy access off of freeway. We will stay here again. Hunter was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

PERFECTION IN THE HEIGHTS
This is the very best house we have ever rented in the United States. It is fabulous in every way and was a perfect place to call home for a wedding weekend in the Heights and Downtown. It is much more spacious than it looks in photos. I can't wait for another excuse to stay here. Hunter, the property manager was wonderful with communication too! Many thanks.
