Without a doubt…one of our most AMAZING, RELAXING, MOST FABULOUS vacations by far over the past 23 years of family beach vacations!! 😎 We enjoyed an incredible week in this delightful bayfront dream home!! We absolutely loved waking up on the water each morning for coffee and the views were just breathtaking!! This home was so well appointed and so wonderfully comfortable that we felt completely at home during our stay!! A true hidden gem tucked away at the end of the street. We all loved it so much that we were sad to come home…lol. So very grateful for our memories made throughout the week and can’t wait to return next summer!! Great property in a prime location. Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful views, excellent water access, and pet friendly combined to make this a perfect, stress free vacation.

This property was perfect. Quiet, dead end street on the inlet side. 7 minute walk to the ocean. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, ice cream, and miniature golf. More decks at the house than I can count! Short drive to explore Ocean City, Rohoboth, and Bethany Beaches! Would love to come back and explore, again!

Lovely property in a perfect location! Loved all the balconies and almost everything inside is brand new. Tons of space both indoors and out. We brought 2 kayaks with us, but there were also 2 available to use as well. We brought some beach chairs but were pleased to find some additional ones there too. There is a coded entry so didn’t need to check in anywhere. The only thing that was bothersome was an extremely strong chemical smell in the house. It might have been from some kind of paint or flooring that had just been put in. We opened all the doors and windows and put on fans and it helped but did not go away. Luckily it was not as strong in bedrooms. Hopefully this will dissipate with time. Only other suggestion would be to add a blender to the kitchen. Every beach house needs a blender! We bought stuff to make some fun frozen drinks but couldn’t. We would definitely rent here again though!! Loved it!

The house was lovely. The views were even better! We hope to stay again next year! The staff at Choice 1 made our experience an even better one. They were professional and on top of everything.

We had a great stay! The house was super clean, modern, and well appointed. The views of the bay were great with plenty of decks/balconies to enjoy different vantage points. We would love to come back!

My family of 5 stayed here for a week in August. There was plenty of room for us and the views of the bay were spectacular. It was also a short walk to the beach so you had the best of both worlds. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, well appointed, well-stocked and really had everything we needed. The appliances are new and modern. The gas station/convenience store, liquor store, country store, ice cream shops are all in walking distance as well. There was an outdoor shower for convenience and keeping the sand out of the house. The shower door was broken when we arrived but the landlord promptly fixed it for us. Having our morning coffee on the top deck and watching the sunset in the evening was so peaceful and relaxing. There were cards, board games, cornhole, for the kids. The neighborhood is quiet yet it is a short walk to a few great restaurants, Matt's Fish Camp, Nantucket's, Just Hooked, Warren's Station and Our Harvest. The kids can also enjoy the Shipwreck Museum down the road. We have been vacationing in this area for the past five years and this was the best house we've rented to date. We had a terrific time. I would make a few suggestions for improvement: Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids would be a great addition as it's difficult to pack the car with all of your stuff on a long road trip. The house could use some more furniture, another large couch, a table for the top deck and perhaps a comfy chair. The outside of the house could use a paint job and some repairs to doors, screens and windows. A kayak would be a great addition since the house is right on the canal. A fire pit would be great feature for the summer evenings so the kids could make S'mores and the adults could enjoy cocktails. A telescope would also be a great addition as the night sky is amazing from the top deck. These are just suggestions. We really had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back to our home away from home in Fenwick Island. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
