Great location and great views, would certainly consider staying here again.

I booked this home for a quiet retreat. I wanted a private, safe place with an ocean view. It did not disappoint. The home is inviting, warm and clean. It was a pleasure cooking in the kitchen, looking out to see the ocean. I enjoyed sitting in the living room reading and relaxing. The sunsets were spectacular viewed from the deck, kitchen and other areas. There are hiking trails right next to the house which was so nice to have. The host was helpful and responded quickly to questions, which I appreciated. Great place to stay. Also, if you have a large family, this place could easily accommodate that as well.

What a great location, and a lovely home. Great views of the ocean and wonderful hiking trails that start right on the property. We had a problem with the road being repaved and although all the neighbors seemed to know about it because the homes all seemed to be empty on our street, we were not informed. We had to park on the next street and lug our ice chest and luggage to the house. That night the closed sign was taken down and we could park in the driveway. However the next morning a worker came knocking on our door to tell us that they were going to slurry the road and we could not walk on it. Thank goodness we were getting a late start on our walk, or we would have had our cars stuck in the driveway all day. They said if we walked on it we would ruin the floors in the house, so we wanted to respect the home. We needed to park the car on another street, and to get to the property walk through the backyard of another nearby home .The neighbor on the next street was very understanding and we appreciated it and we bought him some cookies to thank him. When talking to the property manager they said we needed to talk to the road workers or the person that was having the work done, they offered no help, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience, or I'm sorry you are needing to deal with this. The cleaners had obviously known this was happening because they left shortly before we came, the dryer was still running when we arrived. A little notice would have been nice.

This home was amazing. We saw Dear everyday and the views were spectacular. Our family had a wonderful time. Very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion with 3 generations attending. We had 12 people staying. Dining Room table was big enough for all. House is very well supplied. Fantastic view. Close to trail at Fiscalini which was used daily by several members. Driving close to 3 nice beaches - Moonstone, Hearst & Cayucos. We had a wonderful time and strongly recommend this property

This property has an amazing location on the edge of Fiscalini Preserve and facing the ocean. The trails start from your backyard, how great is that? On the downside, the house is cluttered with so many personal items and lots of old and unnecessary accessories. It needs a major cleanup!

Our family did enjoy the home the amazing ocean view wildlife around us great hiking but the inside of home needs updates mattresses very uncomfortable old our sheets was not changed in master bedroom blood stains on sheets spiders and lots of spider webs in downstairs bathrooms and bedrooms oven not clean started to smell burnt as soon as we put it on ! Dishwasher really dose not clean dishes ! Otherwise we’ll stocked with dishes games ! My husband and I was completely shocked about bloody sheets discussing us so we put blankets on there !

We enjoyed every minute of this magical place, the home, the view, the setting, the deer, flowers, waves, and seals. Whether the weather raged or sun was shining we could see it all, day or night. This well appointed and gracious home offered comfort, privacy, and spectacular communal space. A definite ten!

We enjoyed everything about this spacious home. The views were spectacular! It was close to beautiful hiking trails and many central coast cities. We all hope to return in the future.

Great experience, relaxing atmosphere.

Sunrise and sunsets with the sound of the ocean provided the ambiance and perfect setting to relax and visit with family. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of deer to watch, trails to walk and friendly people to greet.

Property was the perfect setting I was looking for to celebrate her 80th birthday. The large windows in back provided a beautiful view of the ocean. Very spacious and comfortable feeling throughout the home.

Our family does a yearly vacation, and with 5 families (12 of us in total) this house more than accommodated all of us. We absolutely love the area and you can’t beat the view of the ocean right out the living room/kitchen windows. We had a wonderful stay, with the exception of a few hiccups along the way, which were dealt with swiftly from Urelax vacation rental. We were hoping, when we booked, that this house would be a house that we can come back to yearly. And after our one week stay there we all fell in love with it and look forward to returning next year. Pros- -Unbeatable views. Sunsets over the ocean, wild life right out the front and back doors, and if you’re lucky like we were you’ll see whales right out the living room windows. -Spacious and roomy. -Location and proximity to ocean and other surrounding towns. -walking paths literally right out the front door! -We found a house we can all comfortably fit in and we all want to return to! Cons- -Cleanliness of house. Notified Urelax and they had housekeepers come out that day to address dirty floors and inadequate linens in the house. Thank you! -Unusable major appliances. Freezer and dishwasher both decided to stop working while we were there. We notified Urelax and unfortunately they were unable to get a repair man out to address the issues before we left. I’m hoping they have since been addressed and fixed. -The acoustics in the house are pretty bad if you are sleeping downstairs. You can hear every footstep upstairs. I would highly suggest bringing earplugs!!

Close to Pasa Robles wineries, the Hearst Castle. and the town of Cambria. Stunning panoramic views from the main floor and deck areas made the perfect place. Some of the major appliances were not working properly but they were fixed promptly.

Highly recommend!

The house was such an amazing property!! It had everything our family needed. So close to the beach and town. You could not beat the views from the deck. Such a beautiful location!!

The property is plenty big for 10 adults. The is a king suit on first floor, also a room with pull out couch and door closers. 1/2 bath and full. Stairs to bottom floor there is one queen with bathroom. Two queen bedrooms and a 2 twin room. I have a couple of complaints. The kitchen is disorganized, and cluttered, no place to put food. No wash clothes, pillows where flat and old. Only one extra towel for the hot tub. There are no dish clothes. Fireplace we wanted to use but never got an answer on how to open the fluke, or damper and no instructions. The bbq pit needs cleaning and parts changed out, the was no flicker provided to light. The skillet was not non stick. The rooms downstairs are cold, while the upstairs is hot when you run the heat. Would have been nice to have a portable heater. 3 bathrooms have bathtubs. The one upstairs has a 15 inch high tub not elderly friendly. My mother did take a shower the whole time because of this, she could not make it down the stairs, but also those bathrooms have a 12 inch high step to get in and both slippery. Water pressure was not good when you try to get your hair clean. Lastly there was no soap or shampoo/conditioner provided. All the horses I’ve rented have a dispensers in the showers, or provide soap at the least.

8 of us came for a girls weekend, the view is amazing and the amount of space and beds was perfect! We love all the walking trails literally right outside the house. The only things I would change is I would have brought my own pillow as the pillows there are old and flat, the hot tub needs better directions as we couldn't get it to go above 99 degrees, and lastly the trash compactor didn't have the correct trash bags and it was a mess and a pain to get the trash out. Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
