Spent a few days in Coeur d Alene with our adult children & the condo was perfect for us in a great location. Highly recommend!

Beds are wonderful. Gorgeous patio. We could live here full time!

We had a wonderful time with our best friends that came over to witness our marriage and celebrate with us. The condo is as beautiful as the pictures and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect for sitting after dinner and enjoying sunsets and conversation!

The beds are amazing, and the place was spotless. We loved being close to everything and the Farmers Market on Wednesday afternoon. It is a really great Farmers Market. We could just let our kids 13 and 15 walk around from our room. I would recommend this place for sure.

This location and rental are amazing. It has a really nice upscale but still homie feel to it. The beds are super comfortable and there is everything you need. It far exceeds any hotel in the area. We have stayed in a smaller condo in the same area. There is plenty to do and a bunch of great restaurants near. Highly recommended.

The condo is well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. BBQ area is nice. The location is in a great area and close to shopping, restaurants and the lake.

We met our son who drove up from WSU - property is lovely and conveniently located; dining, coffee, shopping just steps away! Beds were super comfy!

We loved our stay here. The property is very nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Necessary items were very well stocked. The location was nice with stores and restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again. It’s lovely!

We were 2 couples with one infant. The infant stayed in one of the rooms while the two couples took the king bedrooms (it was nice that the king sized rooms were spread out). Overall this place was perfect for us. Solid location and exactly what we were looking for. I will say the communication by the manager was difficult to read. Too many imbedded links into the VRBO app that were unable to open. I would recommend simple messaging as that was somewhat confusing. That being said, they were very quick to communicate and appreciated that level of response :)

Beautiful and extremely comfortable stay. Riverstone area has lots to offer , convenient to shopping , parks, restaurants and the Spokane River.

We enjoyed the area and walked to many local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

After meeting our new granddaughter, we decided to stay longer than expected. Quickly we realized we are to old and out of shape for an air mattress for more than a week, so we decided to get a VRBO. First and foremost, dealing with David and Stacey was amazing. They were very prompt every time I had a question or needed any guidance of any kind. The condo itself was so spacious. For a few couples or a family this property would be ideal. It was very clean and well stocked. We stayed over Thanksgiving and Kendra (who works for them) contacted me because she had a few items for the kitchen. I wasn’t there at the condo and she met me at my daughters house in Hayden to assure there was a Turkey baster in the condo if we needed one. It’s those small things that make the stay even better. Plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils for a large crowd. This unit has a very spacious deck. Staying here in the summer and being able to enjoy that space is something we look forward to doing. There is some outside noise. The garbage truck picking up from the unit and the restaurant across the street. It did wake us up but they are quick and you find yourself drifting back off to sleep as soon as they leave. The beds are very comfortable so we slept great. The unit itself is very quiet. The neighbors are all so quiet and friendly when we did run into them. It was a great place and we enjoyed it immensely! We look forward to staying again on our next trip.
