We loved the location to the bus line and the Westin hotel. It’s a brand new house with all the modern amenities. Very comfortable beds. Great we’ll equipped open kitchen. Nice living area to visit. Deck a pleasant place to hang out.

I got married in Annapolis over Labor Day Weekend, and this was truly the perfect home base for me and my now-husband and some of our bridal party. It is extremely spacious and comfortable, with great lighting and an amazing kitchen!! Check-in was super easy. Would definitely come back!

The house is conveniently located. One day we set our on foot and walked all around Annapolis. It was nice that we didn't have to take a car everywhere

We had a great time in this house. The first floor bedroom and bathroom were perfect for grandmother who has difficulty with stairs. Master bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked. The host was responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

This is the First house that I’ve stayed at in the past 5 years that has had absolutely everything I could need plus some. On top of that, it was beautiful and the cleanest house I’ve been to. They were so accommodating.

This was one of the favorite properties I have ever stayed it. It was SO CLEAN and spacious! Location was great, and they had things you needed like detergent and coffee. Will definitely be staying here again. Oh, owner is very responsive as well!

The house was perfect for our needs for a family get-together weekend. Perfectly appointed and so comfortable, it gave us time to hang out and catch up, and was close to all the restaurants/shops/naval academy/things to do so we were able to walk everywhere.

Our hosts sent timely, clear instructions regarding check-in and check out, and accessing and securing the property was easy. The home provided us with everything we could possibly need and more. Great location for the boat show, close to the shuttle. House is great for 8 people with plenty of space! Everything is very fresh. Plenty of dishes and glasses to go around. We had a fantastic time!

This property was as breathtaking, airy, and welcoming in person as it is in the photos. We had a wonderful stay, the house was clean, beautiful, and absolutely perfect to reunite two families and six children ranging in age from 0-8. The neighborhood is a lovely walk or a short ride to all that Annapolis has to offer, which is enough of a draw, but the house itself is, in a word, stunning. No detail was overlooked, the amenities were top notch, and just so, so, comfortable. We hope to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this amazingly beautiful property. It is clear to me that the hosts spend a tremendous amount of time thinking about how to make the stay such a great experience. The kitchen is amazing -- 8 burner gas stove, a beautiful refrigerator (that looked brand new), gorgeous hardwood floors, a palatial master bedroom / bathroom suite, and all those extras (high chair and playpen for our grandson, coffee & coffee filters, dishwasher and laundry detergent and so much more.) If you have a large party (ten people) you would be crazy not to book this place. It is walking distance from the stadium, a longer but doable walk to DTA, but with none of the traffic. And the hosts were terrific and unbelievably amenable to our requests. We loved, loved, loved this place. A true hidden gem. Thank you, thank you, thank you Nicky!

Property is as shown in photos and is very clean and spacious. Kitchen has ample dishes, utensils, pans, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, trash bags, etc. plus plenty of storage for your own stuff. Pump soap at every sink and plenty of towels and washcloths. Hosts are very welcoming with a binder of instructions/local brochures and readily offered tips for local dining. Lots of little extras contributed to a great get away.

Nicky’s home is beautiful; lots of space and light. We had more than enough room for our family’s Thanksgiving gathering. Everything was comfortable and Nicky quickly responded when we had trouble with the thermostat. And he accommodated our need to check in early. We enjoyed our time immensely!

My family stayed at the property with two other couples and their kids while we were in town for the Annapolis sailboat show. This property was very close to the docks and was in great condition. The host was easy to get ahold of and let us in the property earlier than the check in time since we made it to town earlier in the day. The property was clean and we had no complaints. If we come back to Annapolis we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!
