We had a spouses reunion and it was an absolute blast! The home was in the perfect location, walking distance to most everything we wanted to see! Plenty of room to spread out, catch up, craft and play some dominoes! You can’t go wrong with this house and location.

The home was perfectly located, very comfortable beds, living room seating, beautiful patio, large dining table for our family to eat our meals and visit with each other. There were plenty of linen's and everything I needed to prepare his celebration platters in the kitchen as well. We had a small family gathering to celebrate my son and his mates that stopped by all complimented on the ease due to the location of the house. We walked EVERYWHERE and it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again, during a lesser expensive season of course ;) Thank you for a perfect week in Annapolis!!

What a wonderful find for our week in Annapolis! The house is charming and comfortable and communication from host was above and beyond, everything we needed for a wonderful trip.

We love Annapolis, the location is great being so close to main street. Beds are comfortable, the house was clean. The original trim, floors etc were saved, the feel of an historic home is felt when enter the home. We enjoyed our stay, being able to walk to restaurants and Naval Academy was very nice.

Roomy and comfortable house located just steps off Main Street! Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is well appointed and all the furniture is comfortable and cozy. Good instructions for check-n /check-out, and using features at the property. Will definitely book this property again when we visit Annapolis.

The house was beautiful and very clean. You can’t beat the location in downtown Annapolis! I was disappointed to hear of the charge for early check in especially since the house was cleaned and ready to go. In other rental scenarios I’ve been able to check in early no probably unless there was a rush to clean it. We also had minimal toilet paper, but the property manager dropped some off quickly.

This location was fantastic for a family weekend together. We (including our parents who are in the 70s and 80s) easily walked to Main Street shops and restaurants. The USNA Yard and museum are also walkable (but not easily for the older members of our party). The parking spot for this property was about a ten minute walk. We chose to park in the closer parking garage (3 block walk) and pay the $22 daily rate. We were pleased with that option.

Our family (six adults and two infants) had a terrific weekend in this home. It’s an easy walk to the harbor and the Naval Academy so did not need our car at all. The property manager was very responsive to a few questions that we had when we first arrived. Highly recommend this home if you are in town for a USNA event. .

This place was absolutely perfect for our group. We had a small bridal party weekend there and the cleanliness, location, and space were amazing. Would be back in a flash!

This house has an AMAZING location, and it was the perfect spot for my family and my sibling's family. We enjoyed the property with 8 people; 4 adults and 4 kids. Thank you for a great residence in a great area, in a great city!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location, clean, and well maintained. We didn't utilize one of the rooms, but the space was perfect for our stay. Most importantly, our daughter could relax and feel at home during our Plebe Parents Weekend. Our entire family felt at home.
We had a few questions prior to our stay and during our stay - the property manager, "Cathy," always responded promptly and informative.
Not truly a negative - The provided parking spot was in a secure garage, but not on location. With this said, I was able to use the Bird scooters to go from the house to the garage. This made it less of an issue. The parking was explained before booking, so it was expected.

Wonderful, historic home
We spent two nights at this gem, and it was such a nice relaxing getaway! We spent quite a bit of time on the back patio, which was tranquil, comfortable and secluded, despite having neighboring homes in every direction. The children loved sharing the 3rd floor, and it was great for the adults to have the luxury of that separation ;)
Highly recommend this rental.

Great space, modern, clean. Nice outdoor space. Close to all Annapolis offers. On a busy street - traffic noise and lack of parking only drawback. We had to park quite a distance away in a lot.

Great location
Great stay and location! Easily walkable to great bars, restaurants and shops. The house was clean and spacious and a perfect place for a girls weekend away. Communication with the property manager was always quick! Would definitely stay here again.

We visited over Thanksgiving and were amazed at all the dishes and cookware in the kitchen! We were only two blocks from the shopping area and great restaurants! Only downside is parking. You have to park in a garage a block and a half away. Otherwise, this is a lovely home and I highly recommend it!

Spacious Gem in Heart of Annapolis
Wonderful house in downtown Annapolis. A group of friends came to Annapolis to celebrate a friend’s birthday in Bay Ridge. The house was a wonderful home base over the weekend with a wonderful yard. Sean was incredibly communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend it!
