Very satisfied with the accommodations. Property is very well maintained and ideal for our needs. We thought it was closer to the water, but the short drive just afforded some additional site seeing and a visit to multiple ice cream vendors during the week. Thanks Kevin for a great week.

Stayed at this condo for our family vacation. Condo was a good size for our family. The upstairs loft area was perfect for kids to play. We liked the location. Short walk into town and easy access to the main road. Lots of food options within walking distance .

This property was absolutely perfect for our family's stay. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the patio was a nice addition to watch evening sunsets. The kids really enjoyed the upstairs space setup with many things to ensure they're entertained and comfortable as well. Our family will be staying here again in the future!

We booked this condo for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful experience! We had a 2 year old and 4 year old and it had everything we needed for a family trip and it was much bigger than I expected. The loft included many things for the kids to do and they provided everything we needed to go to the beach. It was very clean and the owner was great with communicating! It was a very short drive to downtown Grand Haven and to the beach. I would definitely stay there again if we make it back to GH!

Our group enjoyed this condo so much! The location is perfect for a walk to downtown and the boardwalk. The condo was stocked with all needed items and essentials for a weekend stay. The owners have really thought of everything! We were super impressed by our stay and the spacious accommodations the condo had. Will definitely recommend to others who are staying in the area

Perfect place for bachelorette beach weekend! Clean, newly renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), 2 bathrooms, 1 large bunk room/loft (4 twin beds, 1 trundle bed, and 1 large couch), kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, toaster, etc., coffee station stocked with Keurig, K-cups, mugs, etc. (BYO coffee creamer). Apartment complex has multiple restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, etc. in the retail spaces at street level. Large parking lot. 10-minute drive to the beach and Noto’s. Check-in/check-out was fine, the host was able to help via text.

Initially thought the location would be questionably but it ended up being perfect. You can easily jump onto 31 if need or take side streets to get around as well. The street noise was quiet inside the condo. The condo was extremely clean and organized. All the light switches and cupboards are labeled so you know exactly where to find thinks.

We had a great stay at the condo...as we were visiting the area to play golf at American Dunes (about a 10 minute drive). The hosts/owners were very accommodating!

The property was recently remodeled and looks amazing, the owners have thought of everything, including all necessary beach gear. The family really enjoyed all the sleeping space, and the table top video game allowed for hours of fun.

WE anyways enjoy grand haven. We will definitely want to stay at this condo again.

Nice condo, not the best location

We had a great time staying at the condo. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, all of the needed amenities provided. The loft with bunks was more spacious than pictured. A short bike ride to Washington ave. Thoroughly enjoyed walking into the clean and cool condo after a long hot day on the beach. 9 tvs total for everyone to enjoy during down time. This travel experience was wonderful! It was communicated by the owner that the rental was available prior to the arranged check-in time. When we arrived, the condo was immaculate and stocked with amenities. The kids were amazed with the T.Vs in each bunk bed, as well as with the arcade and games. We appreciated that beach gear was provided and that was communicated to us prior to our trip. This condo is in the perfect location and the owner was sure to check in with us during our stay. We would love to visit this rental again and highly recommend it to families wishing to visit Grand Haven.

This property is more than seen in the pictures. It is absolutely wonderful. The owners were awesome at getting the check-in information to me in advance of my stay and even confirmed I made it there safely and if I had any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to enjoy some time in Grand Haven. There is so much to do in this town and the homeowners have so much of the stuff you need to help you enjoy your stay. I have been visiting Grand Haven for years and the book of local information had things i didn't even know about. The property listing says it can sleep 10 and it sure can. I had adult children with me we are always skeptical of space for sleeping in the top bunks but this is not a problem at this property, there is plenty of space in the top bunks. The homeowners have thought of so many details to make this place just FABULOUS!!

Our condo was neat, clean, delightfully decorated and laid out in such a way that it was great for families with/without kids to all be very comfortable. The loft bunk beds and play area were PERFECT for the grandkids. They thought they had died and gone to heaven with tvs built in to each bunk. The location made trips to all the activities in downtown Grand Haven very walkable. Plenty of restaurants are an easy walk as well. The hosts were very solicitous and helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed or wanted. We appreciated our host checking in with us occasionally. The one drawback was the noise from the highway located nearby but that alone wouldn’t deter us from returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The condo was beautiful & exactly as it was listed. Had all the amenities we needed. It was close to town. Perfect loft space for our 4 teens/ preteens! The owner kept in contact our whole stay. Helped us with any problems, answered all our questions. We were very appreciative. Great vacation! We will be back!

My friends and I recently went on a senior beach trip to Grand Haven. The condo was affordable and accommodating, fitting all 10 people and being a pleasant walk from downtown access and the beach. Furthermore, we booked before the condo was renovated and we were overjoyed to stay in the updated space! The boys loved the LED lined TVs in the bunks while the girls oozed over the contemporary beach decor. There was plenty of cozy common space for game nights and cookouts, but still enough rooms to have privacy during the night. The hosts communicated quickly and promptly even before our stay and were perfect hosts. Must stay!

Condo had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Is set up for children. Location is good. Walkable to downtown GrandHaven. Easy access to 31 to head north or south. Best condo in the area that we have stayed at.

Newly updated with beautiful decor! I want to redo my house now! Excellent location. Restaurants in the same complex which made things very easy. Short drive, or walkable if you’re up to it, to downtown and beaches. The loft area with bunk beds, game room was a bit for our 12 and 14 year old! We would definitely stay again if in the area!

We had a great time with our family celebrating my daughter’s birthday in Grand Haven! We rented this condo and from day one Kevin and Erica (the owners) were extremely nice and kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is very modern, clean and totally updated! It is very close to downtown and the beach! Can’t say enough about our stay and the perfection of it all! Thank you Kevin and Erica for such a great place and being a wonderful host!

the property is very nice, we all over packed for our beach day. There was a wagon that was vey useful, towels and chairs to use. Over all our weekend was wonderful, the condo is furnished very nice and welcoming.

Our weekend at the condo was great. The condo is supplied with everything you need for your stay and more. The updated decor is bright and inviting. The hosts are attentive and easily accessible. We especially enjoyed the video game in the loft area. The area where the condo is located is perfect. We walked to town everyday for shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again!
