This house was very clean and easy access to the beach and amazing restaurants. Loved the large deck with amazing views.

This cottage served us (my partner and mother) well for a few days at the beach. The house was nothing fancy, but it had all the things we needed in a quiet setting a short drive to great beaches and walking distance to a grocery store.

This location met all of our needs and wants!

The property itself needs some tlc but was decorated very nice and was clean. It wasn’t until the end of the day on our first night when we tried using microwave. Blew a fuse. Took over 30 minutes to locate the fuse box.. after calling help desk to help find it and didn’t know where it was either Luckily I had packed a flashlight since it was outside behind a bush. . Needless to say that was a big inconvenience. Then it was shower time…… drain was clogged. Water doesn’t even drain at all. No tools in the place to try to fix ourselves either and after hunting around again.. in the morning when it was light outside … we found the plunger in shed. But that didn’t even help. No morning showers for anyone. Another follow up call to help desk to get someone to fix. So no showered Friday night or Saturday until we returned that evening. Looked like the drain was clogged with lots of hair.. they fixed but left the mess. Dirty footprints in bathroom, tub filthy due to the standing water and the tiny garbage can filled with gross hair. They could have cleaned up. Parking says 4 cars fit. We had only 2 luckily. Parking in front was taken by other houses. And the carport/driveway in back… not good for low profile cars. Very steep and angled… So overall… several frustrations .. good thing we spent our days on the beach.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ocean views, beaches and shopping a short walk. Fun to hang out on the spacious deck.

This was a great spot for a week "at the beach". The home was comfortable and well-appointed, and offered a gorgeous view of the ocean. The walk to the beach is not for the faint of heart, though, so don't be fooled by proximity. While it is not far from the coast, the house is up a very steep hill and actually getting to the beach requires crossing 2 fairly busy streets. This could have been better explained in the listing, as we booked thinking we'd be just a short walk from Cardiff State Beach. Otherwise we were happy with the location and the home.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet location, comfortable house, awesome views from the deck.

Great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bedroom was quiet and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed meals on the deck and the view of the sunsets. It was perfect for a couple.
