7 friend's just wanted to get away and enjoy each others company. The house was perfect for our mission. We played games, laughed every minute , cooked, and drank for two days straight.. we did wander into downtown for the Winter Wine Walk, but found that we just wanted to hang out at the house.

Property well represented by photos. Clean, comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very comfy beds and linens. Lots of towels. Coffee pot was a challenge but I let the homeowner know, and there was plenty of coffee pods. Plenty of seating at all the dining areas and in the living room. Kitchen well supplied for cooking and eating, but only 2 dishwashing tablets.

We had 8 family members stay in the home for a family celebration centered around the 4th of July. The area was quiet, the house was roomy, comfortable and clean. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. Beds were comfortable. No complaints. Would stay again!

We stayed at this home during our son’s out of town wedding. The house is stunning, with high end features, and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. The owner is extremely kind and lives nearby if needed for any reason. There is a neat little loft area with a ladder and a trundle bed for kids to stay and play in if you have little ones. The house has the perfect layout if you have multiple couples or families with five bedrooms that are all very private and have bathroom accesses. We highly recommend this property.

We were five friends who all went to high school together and thoroughly enjoyed this property. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the well equipped kitchen, all made for an amazing get together.

This home was clean, very nice and located near everything but still a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed this property.

We loved the property. Great for the 5 of us because we each had our own bedroom. Good seating for visiting. Easy location for going back and forth to downtown Granbury. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes for meal prep & eating. Able to cast TV shows/sports from phone to TV when not included with provided apps. Only negative issues: 1. Had trouble getting the coffee maker to work - very slow - and the pod part didn't work at all...or we didn't do something right. (Instructions needed) We are all coffee drinkers, so the carafe emptied quickly. 2. Shampoo etc. provided but couldn't find any body soap. Had to go to the grocery store anyway so that was not a huge deal.

This property is AMAZING! Clean, comfortable and large enough to accommodate a big family. Host was super nice and willing to help when needed(even during the holiday). Highly recommended!!

This home exceeded all our expectations and more! It had a life size childrens playhouse in the back yard that we had to drag my 7 yr. old granddaughter out of! Plenty of games and room to play for my other grands too! Plenty of space for our family of 14 and many happy memories were made! Thank you for a great holiday!

We were very pleased with the house and the hosts were very accommodating! We were surprised that the two twin beds were actually a twin with a trundle. There was a non removable ladder to a loft over the twin bed that was very tempting to our young grandchildren.

My friends and I loved our stay. It was quiet, clean and well stocked. I enjoyed that the host, Michelle, called to see if we needed anything special. No other host I have dealt with has ever done that. Well done!

Had the best experience at the Kokopelli in Granbury. The house was super clean and felt like newer construction. The snack basket was a nice welcoming surprise. Incredible place to see the 4th of July fireworks. Thanks for the hospitality

This home was great for our birthday trip with six slightly older friends. We had plenty of room and plenty bathrooms. The house was nicely updated and very welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of places to eat and play games. It was 107 degrees when we were there and the A/C kept us plenty cool. The house is close to everything in Granbury including the downtown square. The only problem we had was that the vrbo website showed one of the bedrooms having 2 queen beds which it did not. The owners graciously moved the furniture around and put a twin trundle in the bedroom. That fixed it all. I might suggest a few more towels and face cloths. I would also highly suggest a hand rail in the walk-in shower for liability issues. All in all it was a great house and we had a great experience. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our great experience started as soon as we made our reservation. They helped provide links to things to do, as well as restaurants. They we’re responsive and helpful with questions. The house is so elegant, comfortable, Ann in a beautiful neighborhood. In 5-10 minutes you can find restaurants, shopping, and the lake. The Granbury Square is close as well. I recommend stopping at the Granbury Visitors Center has information on the Denton Square and other local places to shop, dine, and entertainment. If you’re going to Granbury, then do your family a favor and stay at this amazing home. Whether you want to spend time inside or outside, both the inside and outside of this home will please the entire family. I simply can’t say enough about both home and the very friendly and helpful owners. This was our best VRBO experience. None of them have been bad experiences, but the home and owners are impressive.

We came to Granbury for a family birthday party and decided to make a weekend of it. This home was perfect and very well stocked with anything you could need. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, and so close to food and shopping. Wonderful hosts too!

This was a wonderful property. We had a great time. The children loved the playhouse and the little bedroom with a loft. Really appreciated the snacks. A beautiful home. We felt very comfortable. Enjoyed speaking with the owner - very nice. would love to come back if we are in Granbury again.

This home was more than we could have hoped for. It was incredibly well appointed and the hosts thought of every detail. Our girls trip was a huge success and we want to thank Michelle and Tom for being the ultimate hosts. We would definitely rent this beautiful property again. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to Granbury Historic Square for shopping and dining.
