I didn't stay long, but I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the little time we spent there. We had two teenage girls who enjoyed the two beds in the loft and the spiral staircase.

In the website the apartment , I can see more bigger.

When booking online, you never know what you might end up with but this place exceeded expectations. Family friendly, kid friendly. The view was breathtaking as the description said and the location is perfect. Only 20 minutes away from the Gatlinburg strip! We will absolutely book in the future.

The property was very clean and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfy. I do wish they’d listed about a restaurant on site because that was a hidden gem. The location is close to Gatlinburg and easy to navigate to.

What a gorgeous location...! Loved it! The sunset viewed from the deck off the common area was phenomenal! Just be aware that you'll be driving up and around the mountain in order to get up there, and if it's ultra windy (they closed down all the roads in the Smoky's one night we stayed due to dangerous winds), you'll hear and feel them in the condo. Condo had all the amenities we needed - we used the oven, stove, plates, glasses, etc. They provided the needed dishwashing tablets. Place was clean, so nice to have 2 bathrooms and the 3 distinct sleeping spaces. No trouble with hot water, plenty of blankets etc. The pool/hot tub seemed to be a hit with many of the families staying there, but we didn't use them.

Easy check-in/check-out. Look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy more of the ammenities!

We would definitely stay again. It was clean and tidy. Main bed is a bit hard. It was quite and the pool was nice. The drive was beautiful.

Let me start by saying the place was very nice. Not fancy, but cozy. It is a little snug with 6 people, but we managed. The view from the balcony during our stay was beautiful as it had us looking at snow capped hills (mountains?) The complex was quiet. The only issues noted were during the reservation process, where I was told of one price, and some cleanliness and maintenance items. First, I was billed a different price (slightly higher) because of hidden fees. Actually sent three different emails with two different prices. I talked to the owner via email where he explained the hidden fee from the site. The second issue was the cleanliness of the dishes/glasses. There was a film on the glassware that came off with a simple hand washing and the dishwasher was still full from the users before us. And finally there was a leak in the hallway bathroom tub/shower. OVERALL, this was a pretty nice place to stay, and very affordable. We would consider another stay in the future.

We loved staying here! It was nice, cozy and the view was AMAZING!!! We also enjoyed the sauna and the pool! The owners were very accommodating. We definitely want to come back.

Everything about this rental was amazing! The home itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The rooms are super large and you never feel cramped. The open floor plan is great. My family has been renting from VRBO for years and this has to be our favorite property. The view itself is a story on its’ own. We usually travel around town or drive for the scenery but this time we didn’t have to. It was great to just relax! Hiawassee is the cutest little town and everything was so close and sooooo convenient! It was such a beautiful area! The host is super accommodating and we really appreciated the help he as able to give. We will definitely be returning! Thank you again!

Great view especially for fall colors. Nice that the facility had a playground for kids. Owner was great with communication and helped us with some questions.

We loved this condo in the mountains. Gorgeous view of the Smokey’s and very quiet. It is a decent drive to the strip in Gatlinburg or Dollywood, but very much worth it. Everything we needed to cook breakfast wa at here and the restaurant in the grounds was good for a quick meal at night. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I trailered our motorcycles down to Gatlinburg. Plenty of parking for trailers. The code to the door was supposed to be the last four of my phone number but it was not working when we arrived. It took a little while to the property manager on the phone to figure out the problem which was they put the wrong number in. This was the only thing that was inconvenient. The location of the property is very close to downtown Gatlinburg. The view was awesome. The inside was very nice. There was plenty of room for four adult makes males and had everything needed to make our own meals. I plan on revisiting again next year for probable longer.

Very clean condos and they had everything we needed. Beautiful of the Smokey Mountains and Bent Creek Golf course. Easy driving distance to Dollywood, Smokey Mountain National Park, Whitewater rafting, Ziplining, Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We even got to see bears twice. We had a perfect vacation here!

Our stay was very nice and comfortable! We were able to view fireworks from our balcony and the views of the Smoky Mountains were gorgeous and completely unmatched.

Beautiful location and literally on the edge of a mountain side! The property complex is well maintained. Staff was very friendly. The pool was never busy and we often had it to ourselves (early June trip). Tennis, ping pong, and corn hole were fun activities in between trips to town. This specific condo was clean and nicely furnished. Seating is a little snug for a family of 5 (kids ages 13, 11, 8) as we all couldn’t sit on the living room furniture comfortably. The kids loved the loft bedroom and spiral stairs. The balcony was a favorite spot to see the view. We even saw bears just under the balcony. Kitchen has basic utensils and appliances. Overall the apartment feel was very comfortable and suitable for our family. It is a steep, winding drive to the property. Our minivan made it just fine. It is about 20 minutes to find a larger grocery store. This wasn’t a problem but something to keep in mind if you have hungry kids when you first arrive. The kids had a great time here. We would definitely consider staying again.

We liked the place overall, but the bathrooms weren’t that clean and the beds were a bit hard. Coffeemaker wasn’t that clean either. Otherwise, the other amenities were good and we enjoyed the stay there.

Home away from home!! Well organized & clean condo with plenty of amenities for a family of six. Views are amazing from the balcony and the bedroom. Ed was very helpful and reachable when needed. Looking forward to going back in the future.

The views from this room are some of the best I have had in any condo/cabin I have rented since I have been coming to Gatlinburg! The unit not only has a view of the mountains but it also overlooks a golf course. It is off the beaten path so there is not a lot of traffic or noise around. There were a few issues when we arrived but the property manager was quick to respond to our concerns and resolved them to our satisfaction. There were 5 adults in our group. The condo was smaller than I expected it to be but we were comfortable for the short time we were there. A longer stay may be a little more challenging for a group our size, especially if there was a need for an extended time inside the condo. All in all, we had a good experience with a great view!!!

We liked the view and location. Long drive up the mountain but no big deal. We did bring a 2 year old and i wod suggest this location if u have toddler's. Spiral staircase was dangerous for him. He could fit through all the rails and fall and we had no way to block it off. Beds are comfortable but Tiny. Had recenr construction and somethings werent finished and lots of sheetrock dust on things but if expect things to be cleaner in the future. Property manager communicate well and took care of any problems. Would stay again when child is older.
