We enjoyed our time staying here! We had 9 adults and 4 kids, and we all had our own space per family. Phone service wasn’t great for us (but expected), and we used the opportunity to put our phones away. The drive in the neighborhood was gorgeous, too! It was a great family vacation!

Very clean, great space for multi families. Close enough to everything without being caught in the craziness of Gatlinburg. We definitely recommend!

We stayed at this cabin for our extended family vacation and it was perfect. Saw bears, enjoyed the huge dining room, outdoor fire pits, and loved the pool and hot tub. Host let us know when there were bears in the area if we wanted to go see them and was quick to respond with questions!

We enjoyed our vacation at this cabin very much. It is everything that is advertised. The views are fantastic. The cabin has everything you need. Our entire family would love to come and stay again.

The most beautiful house we ever been!

Big, beautiful home with breath taking views easily accommodated our family of 16. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The kitchen had everything you needed. Hiking trails were just down the road. We had a wonderful stay.

They property was beautiful, house was nice plenty of room and things to keep you entertained while staying. The only complaint we have is we travel with our services dog. She is not an emotional support but is a real service dog trained for my husbands seizures. We already pay a cleaning fee for the property. We emailed our credentials to the property owner and she said it was fine to have our dog there but charged us an extra $200 cleaning fee for cleaning carpets which when you visit this property you will see there is an area rug in a couple of rooms but no carpets. The house has hard wood floors throughout. They charged us for this before we even stayed and could complain about the dog mess. There was no extra mess for them to have to clean.

We had a blast at Parkview! It's spacious and the views are amazing. We will definitely go back!

We started with the owners, they were very helpful since we were lost because of the GPS, they helped us get to the place and were very kind and gave us some tips about the place that helped us a lot! We went in winter, I would like to go in spring, beautiful view

Amazing view. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking !

The propert is well kept. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are both short drives away. Water pressure is great in the showers. Game room is enough to keep adults and kids busy. The rear of the house has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. We saw bears a couple times in the neighborhood if thats your thing. Property owner was easy to contact and even called us to tell is where the bears were located. The parking is tight but we were able to get 6 vehicles parked and im sure 1 more would have fit. The drive up the mountain is straight up and has some steep curves. Neither one of those things bothered me and i would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times and every time it exceeds our expectations. Gorgeous views and peaceful setting make for the perfect place to just relax. The house itself is beautiful and offers every amenity you could want or need. Olenia is responsive and will do anything she can to make your stay more pleasant. Just can't say enough good things about staying here.

This house was the perfect house for our group. Panoramic mountain views, very clean and well maintained. The entertainment room was perfect with something for everyone. Only ding is we wish the pool was heated but it was not. We would definitely stay at this house again. 5+/5

This property was perfect for our family, ten adults and five children. The house is adequate size to handle more people. A couple fold out couches were not utilized. Heated pool was really enjoyed by all.

The game room was awesome, the view spectacular. The house had absolutely ever thing we needed. Couldn't have been more pleased.

We had a wonderful time at The Lodge. It was beautiful not only inside, but the views of the mountains were incredible. We held our wedding on the ground floor balcony, and it was wonderful. Upper balcony held a great place to throw bridal bouquet and garter belt to waiting singles down below. Our wedding dinner took place at the beautiful table in the dining room it held everyone that attended and that was a beautiful moment for us all. It was breathtaking to all who came. The pool was awesome for the kiddos and the game room held a lot of fun memories for adults and kids alike. I would 100% recommend this Lodge for family get togethers or for a wonderful small wedding.

We are frequent visitors to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge - at least three times a year! This was the cleanest, most accommodating cabin we have visited. Plenty of supplies, extra blankets, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay at Parkview Lodge was Just Perfect! Olenia and Jeff were so accommodating and very helpful. The cabin was so clean, had the perfect set up and the views were so beautiful. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck looking at the beautiful mountains and sitting by the fire at night with cocktails. It was so amazing to see the bears as well. It was very easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which had so many fun activities and restaurants for the family. We are already talking about booking again in a few years. Thank you so much for everything and the best hospitality!

We were a family of 8 adults and 5 kids ranging 9-14 and we were very comfortable with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive from start to finish The pool (small but adequate for us) and game room was used constantly throughout our whole stay. We cooked dinner everyday and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and extras. The views were spectacular! We had a mamma bear and 3 cubs at the bottom of the driveway that came out every evening providing great entertainment. This cabin was everything and more than what we were hoping for.

Best hosts! Cabin was well stocked. Comfortable accommodations. Was everything we wanted in our stay in Gatlinburg! Great memories made with family!

What a great trip! We had a family of 10 all come together for a week here. We loved everything about it. The game room was a hit for the teenager and pre teen kids. Our youngest daughter spent every minute she could in the pool. Very spacious and comfortable! We used the fire pits every night. The huge dining room table allowed us all to sit together for meals and game nights! We needed propane for the fire pits a couple times and they always had new propane tanks waiting for us the next morning. It was so quiet. We felt like we had the whole mountain to ourselves. I’m so glad our families came to a agreement on this rental. It is a hidden gem! You won’t regret staying here!

This house couldn't have been more perfect for our family vacation of 15. The kitchen had everything we need as we cooked most of our breakfast's and dinners at the house and it was nice that we could all sit together at one table. The kids were constantly busy playing in the game room or swimming in the heated pool. Spent most of our nights hanging out around the multiple fire pits. House location is perfect for exploring Gatlinburg or the national park. We were lucky enough to see a mama bear and her three cubs at the bottom of the driveway our first night! The host were great to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking into a trip in this area.

Words can not express how amazed we were with the home . Not only is it beautiful on the inside , but the views were breathtaking ! If we could give higher than 5 stars we would! Owners are exceptional , even let us know where we could get up close and personal with some black bears ! Would definitely stay here again and we hope to in the future !

We booked this house for our family vacation and it did not disappoint. We typically rent beach front houses and decided to try something different and we all loved it. We came home relaxed and recharged. It was centrally located among attractions. The house itself has plenty to do without even leaving! I would give it an A++ Would stay here again!

We decided to rent this home with two other families, a total of 6 adults and 6 kids (5-11). We couldn’t have picked a better place! There was plenty of space so that we could spread out but also feel like we were spending time with each other. The kids loved the pool after our daily adventures while the adults loved the hot tub. The house had a fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to create wonderful family meals together. The communication between the property manager and myself was the best that I’ve experienced yet. From the start of choosing the rental until our check out, Olenia was available to answer questions and provide recommendations. We decided to have the pool heated while we were there. One day the heat did not work as the propane was too low. Not only was it fixed and the propane refilled the same day but they provided a refund for the day. The location of the house was perfect for us! Just far enough out of town to be quiet but centrally located to all of the activities we wanted to do while in the smokies. I will definitely miss having morning coffee on the deck looking at the mountains.
