My wife and I were planning a trip to visit family in Idaho when we decided to visit Salt Lake City. After a grueling flight, we rolled into the little piece of heaven that would give us the time to renew and relax before our drive to Idaho. It was stocked with snacks which, believe me, was a godsend when you arrive at 3:30 in the morning with only a few chicken nuggets in our stomachs. Those may have been the best tasting potato chips I have ever had.
The house itself is beautiful, loaded with everything a guest could need and conveniently close to many restaurants and stores.
The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. If I am ever back in SLC, this house will be at the top of my list.

We were there for a concert at the Utah Utes stadium. Short walk to the stadium and located close to downtown. Great neighborhood and house.

This house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood near the University. It was everything we needed in a rental. The house was impeccably clean, with lots of little touches to make renters feel at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

We spent the week in SLC for my son’s graduation from the University of Utah and this home was the perfect place to stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and easily accessible to the university or downtown. The only complaint I have is the construction going on at the neighbor’s house behind the property. It was loud and dusty and kept us from sitting out back at times. We also had workers digging in the rental’s backyard to redo electrical lines. This felt intrusive because they were working behind the bedrooms in the back.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. Great neighborhood with beautiful homes, nice, safe and quiet, very close to downtown, 4 minutes from U of U, the home was exceptionally clean, well furnished and with more appliances available than listed, for example, blender, mixer, espresso machine, etc. Owner communication was outstanding. Will be back for sure!!

We really enjoyed the property. Plenty of room and really clean. Nice little touches of snacks, toothbrush’s and plenty of shampoos to choose from. Great location by the University of Utah.

The house layout is odd, but the grandma decor is comforting. The hosts made this a wonderful welcome with snacks, a semi-stocked pantry and fridge and even a candy jar my kids did a dent on. We love the Federal Heights area - great walks and soooo close to campus and an easy shot on South Temple into downtown. The only down side is the WIFI - the signal does not cover the house well and the ISP provide is slow. I only mention that here because VRBO blocked ALL communication from us to the host through VRBO, otherwise I would have kept it private, though, we would certainly come again in a heartbeat only hoping for an upgrade in the wifi =). Great job and good value!

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. The property was even better than the photos showed. Loved the patio and the beautiful backyard. Felt like home away from home. The host was wonderful to work with and the home was stocked with snacks, treats and toiletries in case you forgot anything. Would definitely stay there again!

The care and the amenities, cleanliness and welcoming nature of the property are the best I have ever experienced. The owners were also super helpful with getting back to me quickly with answers to any questions that I had. This is an A+ property, totally recommended!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood for walks and then it is so relaxing to sit in the backyard at night! House is close to the hospitals which was a must for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need! Would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish, this has been the best rental experience we have had and sets the gold standard for how this should work. The house was immaculate, beyond well-stocked with necessities and more, and felt like a home away from home.

We stopped here for 2 nights to start our vacation. It was the perfect place. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6. We felt very secluded even though we were surrounded by houses. There were snacks upon entering, which the kids loved! It was just and overall really nice place. I would highly recommend it.

I love this home. It is perfect for my family. It has everything you need. This time we sat and watched a quail nibble across the yard. It has a beautiful yard. But if you have allergies, keep your nose out of the roses.😁

Angela was a wonderful host. Her home is warm, welcoming, so well stocked with nibbles, cold drinks, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, a den for the whole family to gather & watch TV / cable and games for kids & a lovely outdoor dining & sitting area overlooking a beautiful garden.
We stayed 4 nights and it was superb.

Our stay was a lengthy one (over 2 months) and we enjoyed the house and location immensely. Angela provides so many nice touches to make you feel welcome. She was accommodating, responsive and willing to entertain requests. This is the third time we've stayed in the Salt Lake area and this was by far our best experience. I highly recommend this property.

This home is in the best neighborhood in Salt Lake City. It is beautiful and well taken care of. Close to children's hospitals, which is why I chose it. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We return to it next week. I can't wait. Our new home away from home in the city.

Angela was very accommodating. She allowed us to check in much earlier due to our flight times. The proximity of the house to the childrens hospital was a big bonus.

This was one of those rare finds where everything was an A+ : the feel, the location, the care, the cleanliness, the supplies, it just felt like home. Thank you! The price was also extremely reasonable.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for a family of 5. The kitchen was very well stocked, which allowed us to cook most of our meals. Everyone also enjoyed the snacks that were provided. We will be back!

safe family location
the owners had games for all ages and a puzzle. If you are taking little ones, throw in 2 AAA batteries for the fishing pole game. Plenty of size in rooms and extra large gathering/dining area also. We didn't spend any time in the yard, but it is well kept with many plants/flowers and even a fountain in back and bird-bath in front.
