My family enjoyed all of the amenities, pool, and short walk to the beach. The condo is well decorated, clean, and provided an at home feel.

Our accommodation was perfectly priced for a family gathering. I cannot see how it would sleep 8. We were six so it worked well. There are two bedrooms and two sofa beds. It was a very quiet place & close enough to the beach to walk. If you wanted to cook, it is well appointed. The owner was very responsive to correspondence and very helpful.

This property is perfectly situated. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Perfect balcony location to watch the Pirate parade.
Would definitely recommend for a weekend stay.

Communication with the owner was easy and fast. Check in was a breeze. It was clean for the most part, the area needs some and the pool needed to be vacuumed. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed 2 nights but I can see us coming back for a longer stay. They location is perfect. We walked everywhere. We checked in a little early and met the member of the cleaning crew and she was super nice.

The unit was very nice, as described. The property itself could use some work. The trash cans were overflowing, the pool area was dirty, beer cans and clothing left behind, and the elevator needed swept and cleaned. We did not see a property manager on site for the 5 days we were there.

We absolutely love the location of this property. It was super easy to walk to restaurants shopping and the beach. This home was clean and well equipped for all of our needs. The housekeeping staff was so sweet and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing trip to Tybee Island! This condo has everything you need and more. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great views within walking distance of everything. The owner is so responsive to anything that may come up. We were so grateful for the quick responses and attention to any issues that we encountered. Also go eat at Sting Rays it was sooo good! Will definitely be back to stay!

This place is a really really great property to stay at. Perfect location to restaurants and beach. We stayed with my parents all the way from England, they loved it too! Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was good except the two hide-a-beds. One was completely broken and unusable. The other was super uncomfortable, even for a hide-a-bed.

Our main focus on where to book was somewhere close to the Tybee wedding Chapel. This was the perfect place for us, as it was 5 minutes away from the venue. The bedrooms are small, but clean and comfortable, and decorated very nice. It’s In walking distance to the peir, beach, and cute shops and restaurants.We really enjoyed our short stay and hope to return soon.

Had a great time staying in this unit. The place was very clean and the living area was a great place to hang out in the evenings. It did get a little loud outside in the evenings, but you couldn't the sounds from the streets in the bedrooms.

What an amazing place to stay. This made our perfect beach wedding stay amazing ! The owner was super helpful when giving instructions on the stay and things needed for our stay. Definitely will stay here again!! Awesome property and location .

Loved our stay here. The unit was very clean and it’s such a great location. I would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again. The bedrooms are small but very comfy. The living area was just right and the kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice.

Very bad experience.. only communication between owner and myself was through email.. He simply wouldn’t call me.. No air conditioning for more than half our stay.. 2 different ac guys and 2 times people were in our condo with out us knowing it.. gnats in the master and guest baths.. head board falling off the master bed. I’ve never spent $2200 for such a terrible experience…

Great location close walking distance to everything on south side of tybee only complaint was lots fruit fly and bit noisy but overall all had great time nice size condominium

Great lodging for your family
The property was convenient to the beach and restaurants. The porch had a great view of the island and was a great addition to the condo. The pool was just the right size and perfect on a hot day!

This property is awesome. The first and best thing about it is the covered parking. I LOVED this. The property is well situated to the beach and is well laid out. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We lived in Savannah but have moved away. We will be staying again when we come to visit family.

It was awesome location and parking very clean , the only thing was no code to access the pool
Great staying, will come back but I never got the pool code so we weren’t able to take prom pics with my teen text the person who rented but no response.😏
