This home was perfect for our group of 6! It was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed here for our trip to Salem and the drive was easy and not too far.

The house was a good size for our family of 4. It looked to be recently updated, but never lived in, simple things were maybe overlooked. It's on a busy street, I know nothing about the area, but it seemed like a main road to a school. Lots of horn honking early in the morning, also in the flight path of the airport. If we were staying there for a relaxing vacation, we would have been extremely disappointed. Getting into Boston took about 15 minutes with traffic, so it's close to the city without being in the city.

The home was nice but the owners should stay there a few nights to identify and fix inconveniences we found. Looked like the house was recently renovated so the house itself was great but furniture and amenities were less than ideal. Fixes would make this a 5-star rental.

My friends and I were in Boston to attend a concert at Fenway Park. This home was perfect. Nice, quiet neighborhood which was walkable to a small park, restaurants, mini mart and even a small liquor store. It’s about a 30 minute drive into Boston which was not bad. Home was very clean with three nice size bedrooms. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!!

The property was ok. Certainly clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The beds were adequate at best (one was hard and one was exceptionally soft). Couches were not comfortable and no area was conducive for playing games or just hanging out. Towels and toilet paper were cheap. A little extra effort in this area would have gone a LONG way with us.

This was perfect location for us visiting our daughter it would been nice to hav had table for all of to eat around and play games extra blankets for cold members in our family but I would definitely stay here again if you have children close to a great park with ice cream truck

We enjoyed our stay! Melinda was a great host. Check in was easy, house was fairly clean, large kitchen, bedrooms are a nice size. Basic essentials were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. Directions were super clear in the welcome package. My only issue with this booking was that all of the house rules were not listed prior to booking. I received a complete list of the house rules after I reserved the stay. Beautiful and cozy open concept kitchen and living room. Two bathrooms located on the first floor. Bedroom on first floor has its own bathroom. Two bedrooms located DIRECTLY at the top of the stairs (one on the left and the other to the right of the stairs). Heat/AC works in all parts of the house. I would definitely stay here again.
