Everything was good except noise from the street and noise between floors. Room is big, breakfast is good, and location is good as it is near SL3 bus stop.

The room was terrific , with the king size bed , sofa and kitchenette which was very practical . Clean and nice staff. The only problem is that it seems as though the rooms are not sound proof enough. You hear the people walking above you , which in our case was really annoying.

The Coffee Maker in the room did not work. We had to call down to front desk for linens and a blanket for the pullout bed. It’s ridiculous to charge $25 to park in the hotel lot. That might be worth it if the lot was monitored or secure. It’s just out in the open. There is no free airport shuttle - ridiculous given the hotel calls itself an airport hotel. One positive — the breakfast was good.

Upon entering our room, for the first time, a member of the staff was in our room. We only noticed this after several minutes of being in our room quietly together, my son and I. They left with without explanation. It was weird. We let it go until we saw our toilet and then we went and complain. Additionally, that morning when I woke up… Housekeeping/staff despite or do not disturb sign opened our room twice. I have never had a hotel open a room I was sleeping in so many times without explanation, absolutely will not be staying there again

Walls were paper thin. Nextdoor neighbors were moving chairs and played what sounded like soccer while we tried to sleep. Dishwasher loose from brackets. This hotel is placed in one of the strangest neighborhoods that looks like a rundown manufacturing district that is partly in process of being rebuilt into upper class apartments and condos.

i requested a handicapped access room and the one I was assigned was very convenient to the elevator, spotless and comfortable. The room was so clean and the supply of towels more than adequate, so the fact that there was no housekeeping provided during my two-night stay, did not pose any [problbem. And, the free breakfast was delicious!

The overnight manager was very disrespectful to me and my boyfriend he even call the cops on us but we talked to them and they understand us i am very disappointed it wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel this never happened before
